First thing price is too high apart from that they treating customer poorly. worst staff and management taste wise not up to the mark please try to avoid this

Had the unfortunate experience of visiting CCD at NH44, Kovilpatti in Oct 2023. The CCD is attached with a HP COCO pump. We ordered sandwiches and drinks after checking availability and were told to wait for 10 minutes. We waited outside initially but as it was too hot, with no garden umbrellas, broken furniture and tiles outside we were forced to sit inside. However even after 55 minutes we did not get the food. When I checked with the counter, I came to know there is only one person working, handling everything. I called the regional manager, he however only said that only one person is available. It's totally unjustified to expect one person to manage the whole shop especially when there are 10-15 customers waiting. We lost more than an hour of travel time due to this which is not acceptable. The ambiance also was not great. There is a lot of broken furniture and cleanliness levels were not as per CCD standards. With employees being exploited and overworked, this is a serious issue, and just for the sake of the employees, avoid going here if you see more than 4/5 customers in the store.

Coffee spot on the highway. Friendly staff and excellent service. Good for taking a rest on your way to Kanyakumari

Food was good! Finally they changed all stuffs new chair new AC ! But this place has to be clean all the time! Hope you take care of it! Just hire a cleaning staff! Thanks

Very dirty. We intended on having coffee there but were driven out by the pungent smell and dirty seats. We took takeaway and the coffee wasn't that good either. The coffee was also ridiculously expensive and wasn't worth it.

Doesnt have a CCD charm. Its just a coffee shop on the highway .. bad restrooms.. not maintained properly

Located on highway. If you are expecting typicall CCD kind of atmosphere then better avoid this place. I have visited this place as we don't have anything close to CCD kind of coffee shop in my city. Service is fast and sitting area is also good. Cleanliness need to be improved and washroom is not clean either. Anyways visit this place for quick bite.

Coffee is great. Order different types of coffee and all the flavours are great. Location is not far from the highway. Just inside a Gas Station. Order was taken and served little late after a customer who came after us.

Nice place. Like any other CCD.. next to HP petrol pump and on the NH44. Place was clean and neat. Staff was nice and very helpful.. Crunchy frappe and chicken sandwich were good.

The cafe in a great spot has a lot of chances to do well, but it's not being looked after properly. This means it's not as good as it could be. The people running it should take better care of it to make it a great place for customers.

No AC No credit card payment options No items on the menu Long wait times When asked for to go cup, the server said that he cannot give them as the cups are audited. Very bad experience. I would rather give it a miss

We stopped there for a light lunch. But the moment we stepped in, it felt like a pre-heated oven. It's my very first this kind of experience with "Cafe Coffee Day". Guess they weren't expecting any customers, so they completely switched off all air conditioners. This brand is my favorite one. It is known for its ambiance. I have been to the remotest Cafe Coffee Day, and I would say I have never come across a situation where the cafe was burning hot. Food was also very average. Service was ok ok

Very poor maintenance, I ordered cappuccino it’s very watery and , the thing is no Air conditioner, I just asked to the guy who is in charge , he just said that , it’s repair , I went at noon , I am not able to stand for a minute there , horrible experience!! Ever

Worst worst worst experience ever...the worst burger and sandwich I have ever eaten...literally the worst...no AC...broken chairs...felt like a Tamil comedy dubakooor hotel..the sandwich bun was so dry ..the sandwich and burger had no Mayo or any kind of sauces...traveled one hour to visit this cafe ...it was all a waste.....waste waste waste..It would be better if the cafe is closed than being continued in the same way... Waste of money and time...3 items costed 850 rs ...which is not worth even for 100 rs...only the cold coffee was good but not worth for its price ....Since there is no negative stars...giving 1 star..😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒My kind request kindly escape from this cafe

Worst experience. Horrible quality, worst premise, No AC, Houseflies rampant, stinks like anything. Believe me a road side shop provides better coffee

Inconspicuously located inside a Club HP fuel station. Mouldy furniture, broken bathroom, dirty aprons of staff all put the yuk factor high in a n otherwise used to be popular hip brand outlet. Disappointing. Didn't even have the courtesy to serve the espresso shot in a shot glass. 30 ml drink in a soggy 250 ml paper glass.
