Disgusted with the experience I had at their shop. The salesgirl was sitting at the cash counter and she did not even know the basic calculation of 1648-600. We paid 600 by card and 1050 by cash and she was not able to do the calculation. We don't know what she was putting on the calculator for this simple math and when I told her politely to make it fast as it was crowded, she told me to sit at the counter, banged her hands, gave us our 1000 rupees back and said I'm not selling it to you. She forgot that we have paid 600 via card already and 50 additional. This came as a surprise as this is a big showroom and we don't expect the customer service to be this bad. They did not even give us the bill for our purchase. Her senior who was sitting next to her was also not able to make this calculation and was confused. Moral for the store: If you can't be patient with the customers and fast with calculations,then you should not be allowed to sit at the cash counter.Even a child of 14 years can do this calculation in their head.

I have already given comment that the owner is so arrogant, he does not have the sense to talk with customers. He is so loud . Further more they don't have good showroom of gold jwellery.

Overall horrible experience, you can not expect warm welcome, the sales staff is very impolite and unmannered even the owners are same.. rude and arrogant, I visited this shop on 18th Oct 22 to buy some silver utinsiles and coins. Firstly they do not have more options and if you wish to see whatever they have, then the staff is not willing to do so. They show 1 or 2 options, you buy or go, they don't care or bother. Somehow if you buy, they wont give you GST Bill below 50k against your purchases, in my case my bill amount was approx 75k, for that also they denied but later after questioning, they issued 2 invoices i.e 35k & 40k.. STRANGE. In GST bill, no breakup of making charges and packing charges, understood they are saving thier also... Once you pay the full amount, then only they will issue the GST bill. Maybe they think that you will not buy and run away.. Cool They have a gut feel that they are the ONLY seller in Agra and have huge customer base, that's why they don't respect and care. This was my first and last purchase from this shop.

The location is prime and parking is also available for 2 and 4 wheelers. They have huge variety of silver items. On top of that, you can trust on their quality and purity.

Very bad behavior of staff....they are vry rude...no willing to show items and vry hard for them to told us price....i will nvr go there.....i never meet any jwler like this...horrible

The location and parking service is really good. Staff is also quite informal :) The ONLY thing I didn't appreciate is their billing part. They don't provide a proper bill for the purchase. The given bill will fade in a week's time, thus erasing all proofs of sale.

It's Agra's retail as Delhi's Shree Ram Hari Ram Dariba Kalan. But they need more options like SRHR
