Never book this hotel. They are cheat. Had a confirmed paid booking through agoda. They said they don't have confirmation and when agoda called them they don't accept the request. Immediately they asked me to pay for the same amount for 2days and on the second day they asked me to pay again. They took only cash. No water was given. No towel. Lot of noise as they have a function hall attached. No Wifi service too No

We had our Bhandara for 3 days.We had booked all the rooms and and all the halls You can say the full hotel was booked. We really enjoyed our time Nice place to organize such functions. The entire staff were very friendly including the owner of the hotel. Our heartiest thanks to entire team.

Very bad experience they charge extra 567 rupees for other than booking amount. No proper cleaning, bathroom is very dirty, staffs are rude in nature. I will never go to JC Guest House in future. I suggest go to other hotels.

J C guest house is situated in good locality. It has good lawn as well as management. It's banquet hall although small yet good. Here 80-100 people can sit in its banquet hall. It has multiple room, spacious lawn, separate AC dinning hall and other rest rooms.

It was a really very bad experience there with me. The staff members don't even cooperate well with the people . Most of the Times they charge extra even they tell you that they will accept the charges which were shown online. They have different types of rooms . Some are good but at the same time some of the rooms are really very bad.

Very Pathetic Service 😡 Very Expensive & Pathetic Veg Food @ Cost Of 205 Rs. They didn't allow you to check in if you've paid online for yours booking on Oyo or Agoda. If you wants to check in they'll extra unexpected money atleast Rs 800 for Non AC & 1500 for AC in Cash and if you wants to pay it online you'll be liable to pay extra 12% GST while it's been showing up maximum 475 on Oyo on the same day. Overall Pathetic Experience 😥😠

The reception was not friendly at all. He first made us wait because he was having lunch and there was no staff. After that, he asked for phone numbers of both guest which is not required. Since we didn't had any other option, we had to agree. Also then he insisted to keep our original Aadhar Card. Which is not required. While signing out, my friend wanted to leave early, he forced us to be together whole signing out. Poor experience, never expected this from a hotel on OYO platform

I have grown up in the same locality that is nirala nagar. When I was asked by my company to visit Lucknow for about a month I was really excited. I spoke to the owner of JC guest house i.e. Mr Agarwal I was impressed and when I met him I was more impressed. What an entrepreneur at a young age. A very shrud business man but an excellent person. JC guest house has lovely staff and if you are a frequent visitor they all become your friend. Very nice location with lots of greenery around. They have all kinds of rooms and are very budget friendly. Quality of food is excellent and rooms are quite decent. They have beautiful lawn with couple of good size banquets which makes this place ideal for marriage, birthday all any other types of family functions. I stayed there quite long and was like another home to me. I recommend to all my friends if you are visiting Lucknow and looking for affordable stay please try this place.

It is not a guest house it is like dhramsala quality of bed service maintenance of building all very poor infact lucknow prime location like Nirala nagar does not deserve to have a dhramsala of this standard in the area

Such a luxurious place, the manager of the guest house is such a friendly guy. He will treat you like a family member, if you are coming to lucknow , i will extremely suggest, whenever you are coming to lucknow, must stay here.

I had booked 2 room through yoyo app in 962/- and also show on 262/- rupees, but JC guest house's staff collect 1200/- , and room was also very derty, so I will not anyone suggest book JC Guest house

Affordable place for family functions. The main hall which is in the ground floor is quite big and suitable for large gathering. Other floors have rooms for guests. Lift facility is available. I found the open ground in front not suitable for buffet with more than 50 persons.

A modest hotel, situated in Nirmal Nagar near vishwavidyalaya and IT college. Metro is at walking distance. It's an old construction, but okay and budgeted for a short stay.

Never stay at this thinking of hotel they made me stay at staff room as i have got off from oyo which is 600 out of 1200 they made me stay at the back rooms which is for staff i have gone to my law paper date 29/09/2021 checked in at 28th night i could not sleep for 1hours properly at night because of safety and the mattres was from local tent house know u NO the condition i was asked to pay full amount before check in They don't give importance to custome on individual basis or customer from OYO as its a guest meeting seminar and marriage happen so they are not worried about individual experience money is coming from other side its just a marriage hall type guest pls dont go there telling from personal experience there's room are in nasty filthy and dirtiest condition i hv taken photos of the room compare it from original ..

Location is very good. But there is no facility at the Guest House, other than AC. It is mainly a banquet hall providing facilities for marriage parties and other events, such as, birthday, get-together, etc. Not a good one to stay for individuals.
