I only use the gym, but it is apparently a hotel as well. Gym is quite good, a lot of variety in the equipment and a lot of room.

The sport center dosn't look bad but the hotel rooms are. The breakfast is also very simple.

Very spacious gym, decent for powerlifting, bodybuilding, has some bumpers for oly lifting also. Generally quite quiet, doesnt take long to get the equipment you need. 1 x Texas dl bar 2 leoko power bars and power plates Only thing missing would be a deadlift Jack and combo rack

Simple rooms but clean and functional. Simple but good breakfast. Good gym although some days might get overcrowded. The bathroom water sometimes smells ugly

It was nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was nice. The beds were quite worn and could use some replacement

Exhaustive equipments, very good teachers. I used to pay a monthly fee of 55€ (2008) which included bodypump classes.

Very nice and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, spacious enough, with microwave and fridge, and staying in the hotel gives free access to gym and sauna, which is great! Very nice stay for our group of students!

A sporthotel you can go for free to the gym, breakfast is oke. Good tempura beds
