Location is almost perfect. Almost. Very quiet and secluded area. Alas! There's a big church right on the other side of the fence. So pray you don't lodge here when that church has a program. You'll hate your life. (Goes without saying, don't lodge here on Sundays.) The rooms that cost 5k and above are the ones you should aim for, for relative comfort - see attached photo. The prices go all the way down to 2k depending on your room of choice though, so it's ultimately up to you. All in all, it's a pretty decent hotel if you're on a budget.

At least there was light, the room had a funny smell, but the price is mostly affordable. The door was bad, the pillows were a little dirty. But for 3k, it's a decent deal

It's a cool place. Quiet. Doesn't have miscreants. The rooms are modest and with fair prices. Compound is neat. There are two stand-by generators. The air-conditioning is nice too.

The place is good buh not all that They said their light is 24hours buh Light was just going on and off Secondly I don't like the room ,there were cobwebs, the bathroom wasn't really in good condition... Then they don't serve any food there apart from noodles, which wasn't even prepared nice .😣😣😣 At least there was AC I give them 20%

The hotel is just too good for the price. I think this is the cheapest hotel in Nigeria with a rooms going for as low N3000 and within a serene environment. What do you expect, AC or luxury? It's modest. I'll give them 5 star for the price. Management should upgrade then increase the price

The guest house is located in a quiet area. The light isn't 24/7, but it's a decent place to chill on a budget. You also have to go out in order to get food.

The have bad service and their room and old and un kept

This is the worst place ever. Please don't even try to pay for this. I don't know why it's even listed as a hotel. It was a hellish place, mosquitoes, no gen, no shower, windows open, Ac not functioning, no duve. Abort mission

It's really comfortable, affordable and safe. The conduct of the staff was amazing too.

The best place to lodge at. Their hospitality is absolutely spot on.
