De Silva luxury is located at plot 100 L line Ewet housing estate, it has only one entrance with a security gate. The hotels environment is simple, small buy convenient. Their parking space can contain up-to 7 cars at a time. Entering the hotel you’re welcome by the gateman followed by the reception which is on the first entrance to your left. Their customer service are friendly. Their rooms are not expensive making it the cheapest hotel I have seen in the estate. Their cheapest room is N8000 and the most expensive is N30,000 which is not even up to $100. The hotel has a hotel that contain upto 200 plus people which cost N80,000 for a day They have 24 hours power supply which is generated by their generators and PHEDC supply in the estate. I will recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to lodge in Ewet housing and don’t want to spend too much.

Located in Ewet Housing and Close to the Edet Akpan Avenue, De Silva is a nice place to enjoy yourself without the noise of the township. The rooms are pocket friendly and the staff are courteous.

Their services are good and their rates are moderate.

The rooms need an upgrade. The service was not really good.

I complained 3 times that the AC is not working and the room is very stuffy, the lady just told me to wait until 10pm they will switch from Nepa to Generator which they never did. I ended up opening the entire window so I can get some ventilation, it made mosquito enter the room and I couldn't sleep because of those mosquitoes.

Amazing experience. Service was excellent. Very safe environment. The staff were friendly,courteous and responsive. The environment and rooms clean and tidy. I really enjoyed myself and look forward to lodge there again.

The price you wrote here is different from what they are collecting. You wrote N7500 while they're collecting 10,000 and 12,000 for the least room. The location is good and accessible, 24hours power supply but the service is very poor and the telephone to call them for services is not working. You have to walk from 3rd floor to downstairs before you can order for anything

A nice hotel. Still living in past glory though. Overall still a got place with neat rooms to pass the night.
