The current maintenance is very poor, cleaning is done by 2-3pm after several begging to come clean the room, How Will food be served without toothpick and painful part is for the 3 days I stayed all i kept on hearing was they will buy toothpick. Secondly intercom you will have to use your phone to call them n painful part is imagine they want to call to tell you maybe a particular thing isn’t available, they will be flashing you left right and center… For me i didn’t enjoy their services at all

Good and serene location. I like the environment too but the hotel facilities are not modern and quite deteriorated. They have free wifi that you won't find useful in the least possible way. I noticed their locks could be opened by any flat object shaped like a key, I didn't feel secured sleeping and I guess that's why it's boldly written at the reception that items should be dropped off at the reception when you're going out else you bear the responsibility of any of your missing items in the room — the first time in my life to see such notice. The management need to do something about this. Inside wardrobe was dirty and in total ruins, wires hanging from socket/switch points. Wooden plank laying beside the room. While signing out, I dropped off the key and about stepping out before a staff stopped me to wait for him to check the room before I can leave. It's also my first time to experience such my entire life of lodging in a hotel. It was so embarrassing! Meanwhile, the ride I booked was already out waiting for me. I like the fact that they had constant electricity all through my stay and the bathroom was neat and the heater was working fine.

I ideally like this present location, they're clean, safe and have a wide variety of room categories to choose from. They have a cool bar, a little outdoor seating but no pool. Gen stays on 24/7 which is great

Most affordable luxury-cadre hotel in Ewet Housing, Uyo. Absolutely lovely staff, a very welcoming business owner who happened to be present at time of arrival, pleasant fellow with polite, helpful staff. Rooms are affordable at ₦6,500 - ₦11000, ironically the most affordable rooms on the ground floor, turned out to be as well furnished as the suites, the only difference being the relative sizes of the rooms. Hotel has a gym, a restaurant, a bar, a laundry service, and an attached business cafe : there is no internet service on offer in the rooms. Budget cable TV is accessible in each room, with refrigerators. Very importantly, heated water in bathrooms is available even in the lowest budget rooms. Bathrooms come with branded merchandise. There is no swimming pool, and the hotel makes no undue attempts at pretentious luxury : it offers good lodging, and clean, acceptable respite. Power supply was consistent all day long: standby industrial generators subsidise the power grid. I would absolutely recommend a stay here for anyone looking to spend time in Uyo, who desires a good place to sleep, comfort and security, in high brow Ewet Housing Estate: without breaking the bank. Really good lodging!👌

It wasn't completely standard but it was nice, their services were ok. Customer relationship is not bad either.

A well located place and well priced too. A good deal for a low budget trip. Ros are basic , but ok for the standards available for short stay trips.

The rooms are very dirty. The trash can had liquid waste in it. I had to put a nylon bag in it before using it. Was it the food service? They requested 30 minutes to bring the food, but it took nearly 2 hours.

It wss a nice Place, but s lot of things need to be worked on, in area of security, during my stay in the Hotel, a lot person visited me, and as they were leaving nobody came to check on me to confirm if everything is OK. In today's Nigeria, if two people were in a room, if one of them id going out, the security guard need to che3on the other person before allowing any checks out.

It's an old place but still maintaining good standard, I enjoyed my stay the room was spacious and good but they need to change their duvets.

Budget hotel but the room was too small. Also the facility is old. I only too one look at the room and decided I wasn't go to pass the night here. This was also coupled with the fact that the room shown to me was on the second floor and the access staircase had places where the step almost hit my head so I had to duck. Unfortunately there were no warning signs at these points on the stairs.
