Great customer experience. I went to verify the price of phone i saw on their official website. The Nokia sales personnel was really nice in explaining pros and cons of the phone of inquiry.And also, Price did not also change with what was stated on their site. The sales personnel was kind enough to put me through making update on the camera app, where the default released version for the phone was buggy. Nice display of dummy phones and lightning of environment, good customer service. P.S: Their products are cheaper compared to other regular phone store.

I like that the store is very accessible and can be spo/ed very easily from a distance away. The sales agents in the store are also warm and know their salt when it comes to phone brands, models, technologies etc. Prices are also within market standard and are affordable. I appreciated the customer service. I recommend it as a place to get a "premium brand" phone. However, for a brand as big as Slot, the standards are getting lower. I couldn't find some phone brands and models in the store and was quite disappointed on my visit. Examples are Gionee and Oukitel.

They seem to be living off an outdated reputation. The place itself looks unkempt and not inspiring in the least. The one thing that I'll give credit for is that they are very good when it comes to fixing stuff. Their range of products for sale is just there. I just wish they would take more care about the customer experience. I called their number several times and not only did they not answer, they even busied the call. No call back. No message. Poor

As in they have the best qualified personnel for repairs, but they should do more by not only bringing phones, accessories, etc but to also make their prices favourably acceptable everywhere compared to others vendor.

Very good experience. The staff are very knowledgeable about the phones they market and this helps influence decisions. I'm glad I got my phone from them. They may be more pricey than others but the extra price is nothing compared to the quality of product and service you receive here. 100% recommend
