Bench or train this female security personnel at the entrance of your glo office because it's giving glo a terrible reputation and it's horrible for such a brand as this. This female security personnel needs to learn how to speak to customers and the elderly, answer questions politely because people truly need information and not let the role she has get into her head. She speaks rudely to people. She is uncouth and said immoral and terribly obscene, and unprintable things in Ibibio about a customer despite never meeting this customer before. Do you train your security personnel? Because this security personnel with her actions can even pose a security threat. In the wake of the uproar in registering for the National Identity Number, unbarring numbers and more, this office must do better in customer service.

This is their second office, the first one is located along Abak road, same building housing sterling bank, but this one in particular is located along Nwaniba road opposite Science technical college. Just along the road, very easy to locate.

Globacom office is located at Nwaniba Road. It handles the sales of Glory lines and products,Phones. Also customers Complains and Services, it has a clean and beautiful interior with Excellent Lighting,and Good and trained staffs to cater for customers needs. It is opposite Government Technical college (Ewet Technical) and Besides Josi International Furniture showroom

Their service is poor and devoid of human touch. I went there to retrieve a line, waited for five hours after writing my name down on their list only for them to shut their door at those of us told to wait outside once it was five o'clock. They didn't utter word to us, not an apology or information for us to come back. Their service is the worst I have ever experienced.
