This hospital is the most technologically advanced hospital in Africa, located in Port Harcourt Nigeria, It was like a dream when i got admitted there, doesn't have that horrific hospital smell, looks like a paradise and did I mention International and highly qualified doctors, my hospital stay turned to an interview session with any nurse and doctor that crossed my path. One nurse offered to give me a small tour, I saw medical equipment, the kind you only see on Tv. I attached the pictures see them

Nice building and very poor services from 95% of the staff. A staff called Faith is very rude and shouldn't be in the customer care department/ reception. The gynaecologist in consulting room 6 is clueless and unprofessional. The staff at the lab are always busy with gist and wouldn't attend to patience, spilling blood on the floor because she wasn't focused on her job. The scan guys are so unprofessional, not interacting with the patience to know what is required from him during the scan. This set of unprofessional will erode this business if the management fail to act promptly.

I give it to them for aesthetics even though no sick person cares about that. My experience there was not bad and I am grateful I was referred to a teaching hospital before things got ugly. Although they were professional, not all of their doctors are very experienced. And good health is a blessing take care of your health. The cheapest room there was 10k per night at the time I visited most likely subject to change. The air conditioner were necessary because nobody wants mosquitoes while sick. Just ensure you follow up with the doctors, it makes them act faster.

Good structure but they’re so sluggish. You have to pass through three different receptionist before a scan can be completed. I’ll increase the rating when they improve on their operations.

This hospital has dedicated consultants on each field of human medical services. They offer great services and all the staff here both doctors, nurses and non medical staff are friendly. They are very welcoming. They emergency services, pediatric, gynecologist, dentist and all medical services. The environment is well kept.

Dr Chika is extremely rude and unprofessional. He insulted my old dad and I just because we made enquiry about my dad’s prescribed medication. He actually yelled at my dad and I. And walked out on my dad. I have never seen such an unruly act from a doctor. Very unacceptable!

It’s a state of the art establishment with very dedicated workers that provide top quality services to its patients. I have been there and it’s safe to say I was very impressed with what I saw, from the building facilities to the weekly TGIF music and food given to patients and their loved ones for free. I truly believe that the Hospital truly intends to live up to its name (Save A Life).

Hello Christiana, i came across your review, and feel strong to put out this. To me there is some confusion, as you said IVF service is a scam. I got my twins through ICSI I did in Savealife in 2020. Three people I referred there two got pregnant including my pastors wife. Hoping you are genuine, SaveAlife has a down to earth and passionate MD, Dr Richard Okoye. Any one that met him will surely react against your Scam Scam narrative. If this is not intended defamation, share your experience with him, If you truly got there.

Why does this hospital look like a house? A hospital is sterile. Go to America or Europe to see how hospitals are built and furnished. Good try but not quite.

  • 4/5 Ahmed B. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent facility and experienced medical staffs. However there is need for improvement from HMO approval team especially the one on the first floor (lost in her world of bureaucracy)

I was very ill and i visit the hospital around 12pm, 3pm nothing yet. Rather i was asked to have a seat. Unnecessary Processes and delay. I grew angry around 4:46, destroyed my card and left to another clinic where i was given appropriate attention and treatment. If you're very sick and visit Savealife Mission Hospital at Stadium Road PH, they will send you to early grave. I'm So disappointed with the hospital. Beautiful building but rubbish processes.

If u value ur life, pls don't even think of going to this hospital, Life has no Duplicate...The name is just d opposite (Kill a Life). All that Glitters are not Gold as they said.... Am talking from experience, let nobody judge me.... Forget about d hospital structure, d furnishings etc, they don't care about ur health at all, they're after money money money, so full of deceit to patients by keeping them knowing fully well they're not professionals in d case brought to them.... Gosh!!!. I just regreted my mother going there wasting huge amount of money & her precious time under 4days for nothing sake. Am totally disappointed ☹️wouldn't have given any star but is not possible.

SAVEALIFE Mission Hospital is a top-notch holistic health facility, the best I have seen in my existence so far. When I say "holistic" I mean this Hospital offers you physical, psychological, medical and even spiritual treatments! I am not exaggerating, a visit there will confirm my stance. The environment ( superbly clean), the staff ? exceptionally polite , polished and professional- nobody asks you " madam anything for us" ? yet they will pamper you! It feels like a 5- star hotel, once it's time for us to visit the hospital, my husband begins to pack our clothes by himself as if we're going on a vacation! 😊 You know why, because he knows it's a home a way from home! No usual awful hospital smell, no Nonsense infact! I can continue to write and write yet my story will all be good because I had it all good at SAVEALIFE!

Yeah I have been to save a life and trust me they best in town and in Nigeria I must say, in terms of medical equipment they are standard and is it the medical treatment?wow they are amazing and wonderful, thier staffs are superhumans they all angels to work with, God bless this team for bringing the best. But I would suggest for more paediatric doctors, but the one they have that I know so well Dr Dennis okoye is so so good and I hope we have more of him @save a life.

Among all the hospitals within Port Harcourt that I've been to, this hospital stands out in everyway. The environment is one of a kind, like there was no unpleasant smell in the air, usually common with Nigerian hospitals. I went there for some scans and tests last year and they really attended to me well. God bless Savealife Hospital.

SaveALife is more than a hospital, it is a home. Since I first visited the hospital in 2014, I've not had any reason to go elsewhere. My friend's wife did her CS procedure here successfully here and since then, myself and my family come for our health checks and many other procedures. The environment is different and neat. The Staff is always friendly and professional. God bless Dr. Richard Okoye and the management of SaveALife Hospital.

I wonder why someone will come to a hospital and wait for almost an hour or more for your file to be found. Your front desk staffs are horrible and ill mannered. I also had to wait hours to run a test. I think you should improve on your services, a hospital is more than it's infrastructure.
