Reviewed this hotel last year and gave it 2 stars. My experience with it was not so good. Staff was slow, service delivery was not it and nearly everything grated my nerve because the hotel had such great potential. I returned a year later and I'm updating my review because Havillah has greatly improved. I was impressed. There's a pool and a gym now. The food is better and staff are prompt and more competent. Everywhere just "soft". Would definitely recommend.

Havillah was just an okay experience. Shout out to the staff on their choice to deliver breakfast to the rooms at no extra charge, that was a first.

VERY VERY WICKED AND CRUEL STAFFS!!! Their staffs are the worst, I've never had such experience in all my travels, they just don't care about your well being, once you've checked into the room, your on your own, I asked for bucket to treat/purify my bathing water, even after I explained that I have a health condition, they said they don't have any bucket in the entire hotel, I asked if they could go and buy one across the road with our money, they hung up, didn't call back and didn't pick up again, we had to walk down the street to get a bucket to purify my bathing water. 2. The pool looks new and was clean but the positin isn't good at all because it is just at the center of the walk way by the bar, and that was one of the reasons we didn't use it 3. They have lots of conference rooms and they are realy nice

This place is pitch perfect. I & fiancee decided to use this hotel for our wedding weekend because of its easily accessible and decent location, beautiful scenery, and room standards. Well, it turned out a great great experience. Oh, that includes steady power supply and very functional air conditioners. Maybe don't take my word for it, try the place and remember my review promised a rich experience.

This is by a mile, the best hotel in Akwa Ibom State in terms of "Class" and Service delivery. Deserves more than 5 star.

Calm, beautiful hotel. Breakfast could be better. Other than that, it's a lovely place.

The hotel is neat and comfortable, staff are friendly and professional and the facilities work. Extra bonus points for a clean pool.

The room was practical except for the bathroom. It was clean but the water on the floor needs to be controlled. However, the general opinion is that the room was comfortable. My bed had an orthopedic mattress.

The hotel's response to complaints is good. Issues around TV settings were fixed. Rooms can be improved as per size of bed side cupboards and wardrobes can be improved.

I almost died from the edikang Ikong soup I ate here on Friday, 31st March, 2023..... I suffered a very bad food poisoning, I was rushed to the hospital unconscious. As I type, I'm currently in the hospital.... That edikang Ikong was from the pit of hell. P. S: I've been eating edikang Ikong soup from childhood, so my system is not new to it.

It's a good place. Service is excellent. I didn't need to ask for change of things in my room before they took initiative. correct place. Highly recommended

Customer Service was very okay. The hotel is quite a luxury. The location too is very good. The rooms are very convenient but the Air Conditioners in the rooms is nothing to write home about, you can't keep the AC on and sleep because of the noise it produces. Apart from that, it's a great hotel. I recommend it.

I Booked a Suite for my Relation and her Spouse, 2weeks prior to their arrival. A very severe Illhealth forced my relation to cancel the trip from Abuja to Uyo. When I went to Havilah Towers Hotel to explain and get a refund, I was treated in the most despicable manner and humiliated for asking for refund. That Delta State born Manager in the Hotel is a Charlatan and a Cheat. Please stay away from this Hotel!!!

Environmental friendly, nice ambience, home away from home

New place but obviously put together a tad too quickly. Nice enough staff, they get dodgy when asked questions and so always come off as being afraid of disclosing an organisational vulnerability. Saddest routine of a menu with almost no sense of flexibility. Not a good recommendation for any kind of long stay.

They refused to allow a customer come in just because he arrived in a tricycle, very rude to the tricycle driver. Very poor service

The edifice is above average, simple but good looking. The interior is elegant, tastefully furnished and very clean. I like the views from my window and balcony. The food is captivating and delicious. Room service response have been good too. Relatively a small vicinity and I do not know if parking space will be adequate on the busiest day. Power availability have been quite excellent. The internet WiFi is great. They can improve on available TV channels for better customer pleasure. Setup a gym too.

A beautifully built hotel, well designed with nice rooms but just with window air conditioning that often makes noise.

My wife and I spent five days in this very awesome and modern hotel. The hospitality of the owner of the facility and his staff was top notch. The food was excellent and prepared to ones taste. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone planning a vacation at the beautiful city of Uyo.

😐 Nice hotel, but pretty small. It is clean, has active Wi-Fi facility, moderate car park, the location is superb, with good security, tapping from the EFCC office along the street. There is no wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. There isn't store/shop within the hotel, you have to move out be...

😐 They’re in need a major renovations and standardised practice. Things I observed.
