Beautiful and tranquil... RECOMMENDATIOS I recommend that improvement should be made in the following areas: 1. POWER: The constant switch from Generator to inverter is not healthy for gadgets... It should therefore be looked into 2. INTERNET: Internet should be made available to guests... 3. Constant maintenance is necessary

Asides the beautiful and serene environment this luxury apartment has, it has a Bistro restaurant just within the compound which has very nice ambiance and fine aesthetics that sets you in the mood. It Would be best for a lunch or diner date.

10 days family vacation, lovely family apartment 4-stars. Terrible almost non existent wi-fi connection on 8/10 days, 1-star so no cable tv. lights tripped off a few times 2-star. Food was quite good, especially the fisherman soup 5- stars. security 4-stars Pricing, irregular and inconsistent depending on who was serving 2-star. It was overall a relaxed environment, close to major amenities.

Nice place, set-up, decor and finishing is nice. But service is nothing to write home about for the price paid. Complimentary breakfast seems to be an afterthought, 1st day breakfast came by 11am about 3 hours after ordering. Second day no breakfast, had to ask and I was told there would be no complimentary breakfast that day cos they “ran out of stock for complimentary breakfast “, however paid breakfast was still available if I wanted it. Went out by 2pm, asked for my apartment to be cleaned, came back by 5:30 and was told cleaners “hadn’t come”. You guys really need to pay more attention to service

Kiniz apartments is an amazing place to be. Cozy with a lovely aesthetics. Though a bit pricey but worth it. Highly recommended.

I used Google Maps to locate Kiniz Apartments and the navigation was excellent. Kiniz Apartments is a lovely😊 and serene place that I would recommend to anyone seeking a 'home away from home' experience. Management is top notch👌🏽

The best Apartment in the city of Uyo for family getaway, events and holidays trips. Tastely Furnished to satisfaction with state of the art facilities and finishing. It has a single Bedroom Apartment, two bedrooms apartment and three bedroom apartment. All cooking items are available if you choose to cook while staying in there. Once payment is done, you have access to the pool. There's a paid spar and massage services. Staff are arguably well trained and accommodating. A trial will convince you.

Poor service when it comes to food. The kitchen will leave you hungry for hours just to call back to confirm if they have the right order, so I really don't understand the process but it needs dramatic improvement

They have a gym, spa, restaurant. The facilities are new and the place is a bit private. Good customer relations too
