I've not been to the east in over 10 years. Going to Uyo was extremely important to be there for an AGM on Saturday, so I decided to go by road on Friday. The worst decision was to go with Peace Mass Transit from the Ajah terminal. After paying was when I heard we wouldn't get to Uyo that day but will stop in umuahia at about 10pm. Immediately I went back to ask for a refund as that information wasn't given before I paid. I was insulted and later the lady manager told me that they will get to Uyo that night. I told her to be honest so I know what to do, what if we don't get to Uyo, what's the plan for passengers, she said they have a lodge in their park. Long story short, we didn't even get to umuahia, the bus stopped in owerri at their park because there was a curfew in the state, and we all slept in the bus, heavy rain falling, and plenty mosquitoes dealt with us. There was an elderly lady and a very young girl with a baby. I regret taking Peace Mass Transit, I almost missed my appointment. Imagine not having a wash and looking unkept for an AGM. Dear Peace Mass Transit, honesty and hospitality is very important. You all knew that you can't get to Uyo in one day abi because of the curfew. We can understand the insecurity, but have risked enough to go by road. At least make it convenient for your passengers to have a comfortable night. Even your toilet was locked up while we slept in the bus, na wa sha. Never again.

My experience was horrible 😞. My children were very uncomfortable. We were surrounded by goods. I don't think I want to travel with pmt anytime soon.

They doubled the transport prices because of the yuletide, they should at least consider the customers

They try. But do not play nearby cities like Calabar, Aba and port Harcourt.... traffic is very slow

Peace mass transit Eta agbo park

The worst transportation company in uyo is peace mass transit. Their logistics is sooo poor. How it took them 2weeks to deliver an item from owerri to uyo still baffles me. I was stressed before I could get my item. The item was supposed to be my birthday dress i purchased from a vendor in owerri, but I couldn’t use it on that day because this peace mass transit delayed the delivery. After a week the vendor sent the item, i checked their logistics company to see if it has arrived. They told me the item was sent to bayelsa like how??? It was supposed to be sent to uyo. To cut the story short i kept going to the park to check if it has arrived till after my birthday. I was told it has arrived. I was so disappointed. Just from owerri to uyo that is less than 5hrs drive. This transport company is a BIG NO for me. I wont advice anyone to use it. Now I’m currently waiting for another item coming from lagos state. It was sent since monday. The driver is not picking up. I didn’t know it was peace mass the vendor i got the shoes was going to use if not I would have directed to another park. If you are not capable of running a transport company please shut it down instead of stressing the hell out of people
