Excellent location. Bit outside the city. But you will feel the true peace of mind. Diyora the receptionist is realy very supportive. Ambiance at reception and inside the room is very nice. Specious room and the view surrounding the hotel are mesmerising. I paid just Aed 20 for Taxi from Airport to hotel for two of us. Mohammed Yusuf, Taxi coordinate at Airport guided us very well. It's our first day here. Hope our experience here will be wonderful and unforgettable.

This hotel is highly recommended. Staffs are very supportive. The second day of the trip, our entire family down with flu. My wife was continuously omitting and she couldn’t even wake up from the bed. We couldn’t eat for a complete day. I reported this to the reception, immediately they sent the nurse working for the hotel group. She gave the medicine to stop the omitting. Within half hour, hotel’s General Manager came to our room and asked what happened. He ordered ORS water and after drinking that my wife at least could stand up from the bed. Slowly she recovered. During each hour, front desk staff contacted us and enquired about the health condition. The staff meats very high standards and taking care of the guest 100%. House keeping staffs also providing very good service. Overall I am satisfied.

Amazing and beautiful hotel with excellent staffs giving best services to their customers. We had a good stay, the hotel is cute, green and clean just like the country itself. The hotel location is great with amazing side attractions like the Fishing picnic, the eternal city, the Rose Hill, The Apple orchids etc. I also got a free birthday cake curtesy of the hotel on my birthday, such a beautiful gesture from the hotel makes Me happy and emotional. The hotel is also great in getting fast taxi for lodgers. Ghe gulf car alway available to move lodgers around even to exchange your dollars to som Uzbekistan is a beautiful, clean and calm country and I plan to revisit while staying @ wellness hotel.

Loved my stay here. It's in a very upscale and newly developed part of Smarkand. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Most of them spoke English which was a plus for foreign travelers . Decent breakfast.

I had an incredible time. Every member of the staff I encountered, from the valet to the check-in,help desk to the cleaning staff, were friendly and eager to assist!This hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Samarkand.
