Very helpful and sincere host. The location is great, which is just few minutes from Lyabi Haus, one minute walk from the popular old bukhara restaurant. The breakfasts were awesome with different options everyday, the crispy crust of the bread still linger in my mind after days. The floor of the bathroom and room are heated so it's comfortable to stay in the room without having to turn on the air conditioner heater. Very Good value for money. Highly recommend.

We spend two nights in this great hotel at a very fair price. The owner and his wife are amazing hosts. They were very focused on helping in all possible ways without being intrusive. We were greeted with tea, melon and Bukhara Plov on arrival. The room was clean, modern, with good and firm beds. With six power outlets you won't have problems with your electronics. Fine bathroom. We were served a delicious and big breakfast each morning with many local specialties. We send our best recommendations to Hotel Yasmin and it's owners.

A wonderful stay in the heart of old Bukhara. The hotel is new, clean, well designed, with a lovely garden and breakfast area. The owners very kind and welcoming. Room is very good, clean, everything works. Superb location, very close to all things old but also close to the shops and restaurants where the locals go. Very hospitable owners, tea is available anytime. A lovely place. Enjoyed every minute here. Many thanks!

Lovely family run guesthouse. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the husband and wife team were simply amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bukhara. They were extremely hospitable and offered us welcome drinks and lunch too (complimentary). Very close to the historical sights. If arriving by train, I’d recommend arranging for pick up/drop off from station (usually $5 each way) to avoid being hounded by taxi drivers. Note that Yandex app doesn’t work in Bukhara.

It is so close to all historical places. You can reach all historical places by walking. And Thanks for their hospitality. We (family/4 person) arrived to the Yasmin guest house at 23.00 and I did not have any problem about communication and allocation. The room was ready for us and cleaned. Breakfast was so good. I strongly recommend. The price is not expensive.

This Hotel has clean & massive rooms, comfortable beds, the perfect location and the most friendly, caring and attentive hosts. It is a big surprise that this hotel is also VERY GOOD value for money as well. HOSTS - this is a small family run hotel and the guests are treated with love. Alijan, Zarina and their daughter always check in on the guests. You can see they really care, but they are NOT intrusive and they do not bother you. They treat you with sensitivity, respect, dignity and give your own space. They are experts. They know when you are busy or tired or enjoying your own time. But they are always there and they WANT to help you with EVERYTHING - if you ask. When you are in a foreign country, you want to be TAKEN CARE of - and nothing is too small for them. They are happy when they see you smile, they are genuinely worried if you are worried about anything - and they make sure they solve any problems. They did our LAUNDRY several times and we had to insist that we pay them, even then they didn't charge very much. PLOV - this hotel is famous for making home made plov that is one of the best in Bukhara. They made it for us when we arrived and the day we left. It truly was different to any restaurant we tried. CLEANLINESS - very clean and tidy. Very happy. They do a deep clean. LOCATION - only 2 minutes slow walk to Lyabi House, the centre of Old Bukhara. ATM machines are 2 minutes away. All the best restaurants are 5 minutes walk on all sides - it is perfectly in the centre. The famous Old Bukhara Restaurant is on the corner - 30 seconds walk. All the tourist sites are within 5 minutes to 15 minutes in every direction - the central location means that even the furthest sites are still easily reachable. ROOM - absolutely massive rooms (Qadruple Rooms with Private Bathroom). It was like a bedroom and living room combined into one. There was a nice table with 4 chairs, 3 or 4 radiators (heaters) for winter, and a very powerful and modern AC with remote control, 10 plug sockets and modern fridge BEDS - Mattresses in Uzbekistan are ALL firm - in Yasmin they put mattress pads (toppers) on top to soften them. WiFi - No problems. Speed was very good and it was generally nice and stable. (Internet does drop for a minute or two) BATHROOM - clean, large, good shower pressure, bathroom slippers and lots towels provided. BREAKFAST - my family were fasting so they very kindly cooked breakfast for us late at night for us to eat at 3am before our fast. They looked after our needs and were so flexible with our times. When we were not fasting we had beautiful breakfasts in the outdoor courtyard or the inside dining tables. It included eggs, sausages, bread with a variety of fresh jams, spinach and cheese wraps, American pancakes or Crepes, Egg Ravioli (unsure of the name), fruits, tea, coffee and many other delicious foods. HOTEL/TRAIN STATION TRANSFER - we were collected on time in a very large and modern car from the train station. Alijan the owner personally dropped us off when leaving in a very luxurious car. He took our bags and put them on trolley and PERSONALLY PAID for a porter to push our luggage and escort us to the train. Our family would like to thank Alijan and his lovely family for making our stay so comfortable, enjoyable and unforgettable. Thank you!

Everyone was really nice and the rooms had everything you needed, the lady in the hotel even wanted to make us Plov for free.

😠 The hotel doesn't deserve even a 1 star. I am giving a star just for the location. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I entered my room and I was shocked when the room wasn't clean the bed wasn't made, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was no enough room space. I went back t...
