Cheapest gym I’ve ever been to at a price of 30,000 UZS for a session and really well equipped gym given the space. Only 1 squat toilet but it did the job. Had a slight issue with being told I couldn’t slam the weights when I was deadlifting and rowing with dumbbells even though the floor was padded and it’s for that reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5.

Was a good gym, definitely getting what you pay for was 30,000 som (£2.40) for a single day entry definitely worth it, plenty of benches and other good machines.

I am an Irish tourist in Samarkand and I was a bit nervous to use the local gym but it was excellent. Separate men's and women's areas on different floors. The women's area is very well equipped and cool inside on a hot day in June. The staff were friendly and price was only 35000 soum for one session. It is just off the main street through an archway into a gravelled area so might be hard to find. Also the internet reception with Ucell was patchy so worth downloading gym routine / music in advance.

Fantastic gym! Met some great just and very easy and comfortable to use when travelling. Highly recommend if you are in town and need somewhere to work out!
