-1 out of 10. I booked one night stay in Krokus park for my family. 5 ppl, including my 72 y o mother, two 60 y o women and my 7 y o niece. Before booking I asked if they could come earlier and leave later, and reserved positive answer. My family arrived to Krokus by taxi around 12 pm, check in time is at 14.00. (Do you remember that I asked before if they could come earlier so they could just stay and enjoy by the pool before actual check—in time and leave later next day? And I received a positive answer!) So… when they arrived at 12 pm they WERE NOT ALLOWED to the territory because check-in was at 14.00. SO HUMILIATING! And in this extreme heat, without the car, with the luggage, they had to wait outside of the Krokus for 2 hours. Well done, Krokus!! And after that they were not offered any compensation or excuse. I paid 330 euro for the cottage and that’s how my family was treated. So never again would I or my family/friends go to this place, where you are treated so bad and unprofessional. -1 out of 10.

Nice view and I have been cheated by the waiter who said to brought me 3*0.5L Martini in the room with 270000soms plus 20% service charges total 324000som but on the menu they showed 100g for 90000, 3cups 300ml should be 270000, but they brought only half of the volume, and I didn’t notice this until I checkout, they said it’s menu mistake, which I will not accept !

New swimming pools near every villa is a great idea

Great location! Great service! Tasty food! Wine selection is good! Clean and comfortable cottages! Was visiting the resort with two other experienced travellers and we all found the place to be totally worth the price and visiting! Highly recommend!

The restaurant inside the resort is absolutely awful with customer service. Twice booked in advance, and when guests arrived for dinner , the waitress told the booking was canceled. The entire stay was ruined by irresponsible management of the restaurant. Disappointed!

Villa number 3 has the best renovation style.

Since it is too hot in Tashkent and you need some real fresh air and peace in mind. Order a taxi (approx price 30$ one way) spend 2hrs on road with some music on. You will reach your perfect destination with 360* mointains view, fresh air, pure nature getaway. You dont need to stay over, you can just come here for a breakfast/lunch/dinner. Even if you are a vegan, it is the right place😉 dont waste your time and money in restaurants in town! Krokus, one love🫶🏽
