My one-week stay was delightful. One of the few hotels in Eastern Switzerland with air-conditioning. Lovely room, great bed and bathroom. Staff was great. Food at the restaurant with a seasonally changing menu is quite wonderful. The hotel is right next to the train station and close to other restaurants and stores. Great place to stay.

The hotel is nice but the location, as convenient, is directly next to the train station. So if you don’t mind the trains, it’s a good hotel. The staff was super friendly. We stayed here for business.

A group of us came here for a weekend as we had a rifle shooting event nearby. The rooms were spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. All of us appreciated the fabulous service and spectacular food. The talented cook made us such a wonderful dinner the first night that we stayed for dinner on the second night too. The flavours were amazing. I thoroughly recommend this hotel as the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we asked for, to make our stay memorable and comfortable.

Fantastic hotel to arrive at in a very warm summer evening. I travelled to Switzerland for business and choose to stay at Hotel Uzwil. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. A complementary bar with tee, coffee and fruit was available in the reception despite the very late hour of arrival. The room was superb. Nice, clean, large and equipped with air condition. I had the best sleep in weeks. In case I come back to the area I will most likely stay here again. The train stops right outside the hotel but no noises were heard. Just excellent.

I was a little concerned at how close my room was to the neighbouring train platform, but I needn’t have been. Although many trains stopped right outside my window, there was literary little or no sound. The hotel and rooms were very clean and breakfast was perfectly adequate
