Beautiful large park with a pond and animal shelter. Could do with more tlc but they seem to be working on it! Good place to go with children and for a quiet place to relax.

If you come to Athens, you must stop by. This park gives you peace. entrance is forbidden to put dogs, but people walk their dogs inside. Perfect for a picnic.

I literally grew up there and I've seen the place rot day by day especially after the economic crisis in Greece. Now renovation is in progress and the place will fill with life again. You should visit if you're nearby it's beauty remains and perhaps you can feel something special there too!

One of my favorite places in Athens! It feels like you are walking in a forest, far from the urban environment of N.Filadelfeia. The pond is so beautiful. It is never too crowded. People go for walks, runs, children to play etc.

Peaceful escape from the city feel of Athens - nice for walks, reading a book, admiring the nature, feeding the stray cats or even spotting a Tortoise. Have always felt safe here when walking alone. To be honest it's just a shame the park doesn't have a small cafe within it - would be nice to be able to grab some simple refreshments by the fountain area.

The lake is beautiful and there are lots of things to do recommend visiting this place at least once also great place for people who picnic

Relaxing park, perfect for long walks with chill music

Nice park where you can walk and spend some time in the middle of nature. Those who manage it could keep it a little cleaner: between weeds and processionaries you have to be careful where you put your feet.

Visited at night. There are no lighting in the north section of the forest. All lamps are missing. Rest of the forest it's ok.
