From Panagudi, follow the name boards and go in the 6feet road straight. Locals are friendly and helpful. The name may be misleading, you won't get to go upto the falls. The falls comes in the reserved forest area so civilians are not allowed inside, however you can take a good look at the falls from a distance. See the picture attached. The end of the road will be the water stream is a place where tourists will be able to take bath. The water is crystal clear. If you cross(walkable) the river and go upstream by 100 metres there is a 3feet high falls which kids and family will enjoy. You can go by car or bike, very good parking is available under a banyan tree. No shops or commercial activities available which is good. Pack you food and go to spend time with your family in the serene environment. Worth a 2 hour stay. Happy picnic.

Fabulous place. Nature at its best. Do take time to go. It's a life time opportunity. There are no shops near by so do carry your food snacks etc. Only problem is the access road. Very bad. But it's worth it to enjoy nature untouched

Most of the year there will be no water but when it's there it's a nice place and tourist attraction...way to reach the falls is not so good which makes the old and ladies very hard to reach. Good place to take photos..season time is mainly from June to September

Water stream near panagudi. Water level is very less during February to June. Best time to visit is December. You can spot Monkeys, Peacocks and Deers. The visitors throw bottles, cloths and all wastes here and there. If visitors help to maintain the place clean, it will be good.

Very small man-made water tank from which water is just seeping along the 4ft wall. Disappointed.

The place is quite crowded but after a 30 mins of trekking up the hill my gang was able to find a clear spot to settle. The water there was so clear and neat . The flow of river water current is at normal speed which makes the water so chill and in tidy form . People can also enjoy at the base of the falls and the trekking is for the people who can climb. Finally a good place for a weekend ( PS - The stones are really slippery )
