Lord Narasimha Swamy is said to one of the very popular temples in South India. Shri Vyasaraya prathistha Hanumantha inside the main shrine adds beautiful color to the tradition of santhanadharma. Ample parking facilities Unfortunately no great Hotels nearby. Note: Temple Renovation is in progress, so athi made idol is kept along with utshava murthy for general public. Main shrine is closed till renovation is complete

Beautiful Temple.. One of the three temples to visit in a same day.. Takes almost one hour to reach from Povarasankuppam temple.. Full renovation works going inside the temple so only main deity we can worship, all other places are fully restricted… special entry ticket available for quick Darshan.. Car parking available in front of the temple 20rs charge. There are many shops are available in front of the temple.. Best to start early morning from Chennai first to visit Singirikudi, Next Poovarasankuppam and then final Parikkal temple…

A historical place for hindus. Temple is under renovation and the principal vigraha is kept in a make shift place. Very near to NH. It is easy to locate. Food you have to carry. Parking is not a problem.

Caution: MEN'S don't wear your Shirt or inner vest or any other tops while entering the temple. Temple management should make necessary arrangements for the peoples/ visitors to keep their valuable things in a safe place.

Ancient temple. It's been under renovation for the past 4 years. So Moola vikraha can't be worshipped. Instead they have made a new vikraha of the same kind with FIG wood (Athi maram) and kept in a hut. We can worship only in this hut. It may take another 6 months or so to complete the renovation work.

Excellent temple. At present ( August 2023) renovation is going on. So the idol is kept on a separate place. So beautiful and divine when you see the God and excellent place
