    1. ND Bag means Naval Dockyard (Visakhapatnam). It is a defence area under high security. Naval ships and coast guard ships been berthed here. 2. You can describe it as a industrial area or a job generating industry because thousands of civilians are worked here in different fields. 3. Feels blessed whenever I visited the Dockyard and it's our fortune the Naval Dockyard is located in Visakhapatnam.
