ভারতের অন্ধ্রপ্রদেশ রাজ্যের রাজধানী শহর বিশাখাপত্তনম থেকে ২২ কিমি দূরে অবস্থিত এই শহরের অন্যতম দ্রষ্টব্য সী বীচ --ইয়ারাডা বীচ। যেখানে পূর্বঘাট পর্বতমালার ( মলয়াদ্রি নামেও পরিচিত) কিছু চূড়া ও বঙ্গোপসাগর একই দৃষ্টিতে ধরা পড়ে। আরো আশ্চর্যের বিষয় যে, সমুদ্রের ঢেউগুলো পর্বতের পাদদেশে আছড়ে পড়ছে অথচ পাহাড়ের গাছগুলোর সবুজত্ব এতটুকুও ম্লান হয়নি। সমুদ্রের নোনাজলেও তারা যেমন সতেজ,তেমন শ্যামল। প্রতিনিয়ত সমুদ্রের ঢেউ -এর আঘাত ও ঝোড়ো হাওয়ায় পাহাড় ভেঙে তার বিশালাকার খণ্ডগুলো বীচের ধারে ধারে জমা হয়েছে। জোয়ারের সময় সেখানে যখন জল আসে দেখতে বেশ লাগে ফটোসেশান - এর জন্যতো এগুলো আদর্শ স্থান।তবে বেশ সাবধানে পা ফেলা উচিত। না হলে যেকোনো সময় বিপদ অনিবার্য। এই বীচে অনেককেই স্নান করতে দেখলাম।বীচের কাছে একটা রেস্টুরেন্ট কাম বার আছে।বীচে ঘুরতে ঘুরতে ক্লান্ত হয়ে গেলে খড়ের চাল দেওয়া, বসে রেস্ট নেওয়ার বেশ কিছু জায়গার ব্যবস্থা করা আছে।বসে থেকে সমুদ্র দেখতে বোর লাগলে বা কোনো বয়ষ্ক ব্যাক্তি সাথে থাকলে, তাদের ওই সব সিটিং স্থান গুলোতে বসিয়ে আপনি বীচ থেকে পর্বতের পাদদেশ পর্যন্ত বীচের ধার ধরে হেঁটে গিয়ে দেখা আসতেই পারেন। সে এক বিরল অভিজ্ঞতা।সমুদ্র ও পাহাড় কে এত কাছ থেকে চাক্ষুষ করার সৌন্দর্য ও তাকে অনুভবের উপলব্ধিতে আনতে হলে আপনাকে ইয়ারাডা বীচে বেশ কিছু সময় অতিবাহিত করতেই হবে।আর আমি তো চিরকালই প্রকৃতির মধ্যে মনুষ্য চরিত্রের কর্মকাণ্ড দেখতে পাই তাই ওই বীচে সমুদ্রের ঢেউগুলো যখন পর্বতের গায়ে আছড়ে পড়ে আবার ফিরে যাচ্ছে , মনে হয় যেন ব্যথায় ক্ষতবিক্ষত হওয়ার জন্য নিজেই নিজেকে দায়ী করছে। যেমন মানুষ নিজ কৃতকর্মের জন্য নিজেই নিজের নিয়তিকে করাঘাত করে।তাই কি বিশাখাপত্তনম the city of destiny!!!!

This beach is on the other end of the city located near yarada village thats why its called yarada beach. This beach is quite scenic and there are large mountain to view You come her by crossing a mountain/hill haha The bike ride here is quite dangerous and thrilling as well as the roads are quite narrow and very steep The beach is untidy with lots of beer bottles thrown here and there Pls wear your foot wear on the beach ,barefeet near the shore is fine i guess, just to be safe I visited this December, also i found a dead baby whale shark on the shore in this beach. Quite sad but it was my 1st time seeing such a huge fish.. Good visit, definitely recommended 👍🏻🌊🌅

Counted as one of the most visited beaches in and around the city of Visakhapatnam, this beach stands apart for its beauty and serenity. There are three ways to reach, one through Dolphin Hill Naval base, other one through Gangabharam village and lastly through Yarada village. Road is hilly, has hairpin bends and must be driven carefully. There is no entry fee and a lot of open parking spaces are available. The beach has got one decent restaurant and few food vans(mostly during weekend afternoons). There is a paid washroom which needs mention for the cleanliness. The beach has got a rocky part as well as a long sandy stretch which makes it unique. Because of waves and slopes, swimming is not recommended. There is no sports activities available in this beach. As relatively less visited by travellers, this beach offers calming atmosphere and beautiful scenic views. Recommended especially during weekdays and early mornings/evenings to enjoy the most as weekends are generally a bit crowded. Overall verdict- definitely recommended if you’re looking for a quality time by the Bay of Bengal with your near and dear ones or even with yourself.

Yarada beach is kind of isolated. You have to pass through crowded, narrow winding alleys to reach this beach. The beach, as usual is beautiful, but unkempt. Not at all clean. There is no proper lighting in the area. Just after the sundown, the visitors are chased away unceremoniously. Saw a person selling toddy in water bottles. If you want to visit, go during daytime. The beach is nice.

Very Nice Place

This beach is one of the excellent and pristine destination with a serene atmosphere in Visakhapatnam. This is much away from the other popular beaches like RK Beach, Rishikonda Beach due to its less crowded nature. Limited tourist movement allows the visitors to experience an amazing tranquil and peaceful vibe of the nature. This beach is also famous for the breathtaking view of the nearby hills. These majestic formations create a picturesque backdrop. With top of it, the sight of countless waves crashing against the rocks / beach is truly mesmerising. Visitors should carry their drinking water, snacks / food items while travelling to the beach. As there is limited source of resource, everyone must be equipped with the required necessities.

If you visit the beach one's your guys fell in love with that location. Less crowded. One of must must visit place in the vizag. We have to cross a hill to visit the place there are two routes to visit that place one is from Gangavaram Village and another route is from yarada village. The route from yarada is so risky and adventurous we have to be careful while driving it has very curved slopes. There is a hanuman statute in that road if you see location the location from there the location is very nice. Finally I totally loved 😍 over all trip of yarada beach.

The beach is around 4kms from dolphin's nose lighthouse. Since the beach has rocks on one sideand mountain cliff on the other side, its a good location for photos, but not suitable for taking bath as the beach coast is steep. Plus the beach is not clean like other beaches. Plastics, bottles and other sorts of garbages are lying here and there.

One of the less crowded beach and much peace compared to RK and Rishikonda beach. You have to travel through Ghat road and heavily secured naval base. Route/drive will be little difficult due to the narrow ghat roads. Have to very careful while driving. Beach is very nice and will be in below 100 people if you visit during the morning hours. Crowd will start picking up from the afternoon. Food will be a major problem here as you will not be able find a proper restaurant though there is a small one in the Yarada village but will be crowded always. Visit lighthouse while coming back to the City from Yarada. One of the best scenic beaches but needs lot maintenance in infrastructure, hotels and stays at the beach. Night staying is no option at all now.

This is also one of the beaches in Vizag City, which is very scarce in population. There is a restaurant where the food taste is soooo bad. never try this again. This beach is little bit look like Dolphin nose. It is very photogenic place.

Clean water and a beach away from crowd. There's a restaurant nearby that served the food hot and fresh though it was kind of spicy for children. One toilet which is kept locked and opened by the restaurant when requested. It was pretty hot during the day, it would wise to get umbrella or a temporary shed like thing.

Excellent beach to enjoy a very very good place. The sunrise is very good to see in the early morning. Some shops like coconut and tiffen snacks will be available. There is a small hill to take photos. The beach is located at back of the mountains.

Such a nice place. Beautiful place for a family picnic, birthday party, little get together ect. No entry fee will be needed for this place. There is a restaurant with food and beverage items. Cocktails are also available there, in a separate, open beach area. Prices of those items are affordable. There is a nice and clean toilet facility which is too much important during travel periods. You have to pay 10 rupees at a time for using the toilet. Bath facilities are also available there. The nature of this area is just mind blowing. And the beach is very clean and attractive. Any kind of food stalls are not available there.

If the government were to invest in creating new viewpoints along the way, it could enhance the overall experience for visitors. This is one of the most beautiful beaches of the country and is in the Yarada Village of Andhra Pradesh. The beach is never really crowded mainly beacause it is quite a distance from the nearest city of Vizag. As you drive till the beach you will be able to enjoy the beauty of nature in the form of lush green sights and the beauty of the Bay of Bengal. As you reach the beach you will be welcomed with very clean crystal waters and golden sands. It is not advisable to swim in this area as the sea here is foerce and the slope of the beach is quite steep too. You can instead enjoy a picnic here or simply spend some quiet time and refresh yourself.

This place is so beautiful i visited it for the first time I enjoyed it a lot with my family. The place is so nice there is a place for sitting and relaxing here. There is parking for vehicles and I enjoy the view of the beach it is so relaxing. Newly they kept helicopter awareness for safety to the people who got inside of the beach without any safety, good awareness by the navy. This route is not so good so while traveling be safe and take care of the belongings.

A relatively secluded place with lots of trees and cold air under the shade. A small Banadurga temple nearby adds a different flavour. Those who want to avoid crowds and enjoy the nature of their own, should definitely go there.
