Visited the shop, very spacious super bazaar for groceries, easy to shop, good maintenance, easy find street car parking on street, easy to reach by taking left service road before Punjab dhaba. Felt happy with the visit.

Located pretty near to Kolkata- Chennai highway at the ground floor of Fairfield by Mariott hotel. This store has good collection of household items, groceries, basic clothing and fish-meat section also. Whole supermarket is neatly arranged and most of the times a lot of offers go on. Staffs are polite and helpful. Overall verdict- definitely recommended.

Collection and variety is appreciated. Quite unorganised and confused set of staff and management. Offers mentioned in the shelves are matched with billing counter. Own bags to be kept at entry gate which is far from exit. After billing - you need to keep your purchases there, walk across to entry gate from outside , get your bags and come back to exit gate and balance… The gates could be nearby or the baggage counter to be next to exit.

Bought TV 5 days back no response and installation till now, no number is working technicians simply saying will call later am on personal work... If you are going there for customer service do go.. Better purchase online.... Simply ignoring customers.. No proper communication... Buy and wait they will do all works and may reach you after some days will be posting once installation done, so that you can plan accordingly if you but anything..

The supermarket is Well organised and well mannered staff. Whenever I ask for assistance they are friendly and helpful. All times they provide best services like quick home delivery. The products are very fresh especially the meat sections, vegetables and fruits.

Horrible service and no brand variety available and many old stock goods.Vegetable are rotten or worn out and poor maintenance of the store.It sweats so horribly in summer and no cross ventilation.

Store Needs to be more organized and staff took our photos explaining some offer without asking for our permission to be photographed,i felt that's kinda bad invading our privacy. Cons : Wide variety of products Ramp for exit ( making it easy to carry the cart & for physically challenged people)

Big, spacious and lot of parking space. For groceries, fruits, cakes & bakeries - very good. 5-Star. For home appliances, textiles and such items, think twice. Chance of taking home a defective piece is 50:50. Once you open, star using and find it defective, you won't get a replacement. This is the case in all (three) Spencer's outlets which I visited and did shopping.
