The service is very bad. I ordered peri peri fries and they gave me normal salted fries. The customer service is worst I've ever seen in india. I've been to many KFC never had this kind of experience. Owner should recruit serious staff . And chef.. Taste was ok.. not that good. As it was very different than original KFC.

The atmosphere is ok, but narrow and veg hardly burgers are available of 1 kind of only ,nonveg always people like it but pruxe us also that high

I guess this is my worst experience in my 1000’s of visit’s across Hyderabad & other cities in India and US to KFC. Food wise I don’t comment much mostly it’s a recipe they have to just follow it. Worst part of this location is the staff, quantity and behaviour. In one of my visit they added the Unnecessary sauce which I don’t need and never order. In most of my visits I see that quantity I get is less compare to all my purchases across other locations. Hopefully KFC team takes care of this location as this is the only location near my place in Vizag and my kid wants to Popcorn very often.

don't have enough space to have food here. It looks crowded because of the small place. Food is also not tasty. I prefer not to go on weekends & Evening time.

Food sucks, and quantities are very very less. taste is not good. and staff very arrogant and busy to atleast listen to customer requests....I doubt the quantity served is also very much tampered to maintain or control wastage, highly recommended weights and measurements team to conduct an audit.

I loved the outlet as it's located in heart of city, the service was fast n enjoyed the ambience and food at a reasonable price with crispy chicken n cool bevrage.. got to know one secret, if your food is not delivered within 7 mins you'll get a complimentary eatable. All in all a lovely experience on a beautiful weekend.

Visited with family to have a meal. Noticed it is very neat and clean. High rise chairs are noticed at the desk. Tables cleaning is good. Taste of food is good.

Not their best outlet, time to invest a new menu, same old boring menu, should start adding new combos and items, service needs to be amp up. Switch to krushers in lieu of soft drinks not allowed here. KFC is kfc nothing new or great in this outlet, seating needs to be changed.

Nothing to say about food but have to say about atmosphere and service, space is bit small and it is heavily crowded. You have to wait for long time to get seat and these days they are even denying extra ketchup.

Ordered dips along with a few other items as take away. But, when my order number was announced, I went to take the parcel but it was served as dine in. It was printed on the bill which she is handling that the order is take away and even the biller told the service girl personally too. I informed her that it is take away. And she had packed the food to be taken away. But after going home when we opened the parcel, we found the Dips missing which were there on the plate when she served it as dine in. Such a disgusting experience I had recently with KFC @ CMR CENTRAL, Gajuwaka

There is nothing special to mention regarding food but wanna highlight the sitting area and ambiance, it's conjusted and very less sitting area if u are looking for dine-in remember you have to wait more than 40 mins to get a seat at gajuwaka cmr central KFC better prefer take away. There is no lettuce, onion ,and mayonnaise in classic chicken zinger burger which I have ordered and unworthy of money and really disappointed dont know whether it is really KFC recipe or anything

CMR KFC is the busiest KFC in Vizag. This is always crowded. Though the place is crowned, but a Nice place to hang around and have a bite from the delicious KFC menu. Enjoy shopping & enjoy eating at the KFC 😋😋

Waited for KFC for so long to come in Gajuwaka Finally It Arrived and tasted it. The food is so spicy and crispy. I loved the chicken pieces 😋😍. It has takeaway also and online booking so it helped me very much
