I had gone here for lunch with two of my friends. We loved the ambiance and food. We faced some weirdness from one of the manager there (I forgot his name). He was asking us to hurry up and he was very rude. We also remember him rolling his eyes thrice looking at us. I was really keen to speak to someone who could ask him to behave himself but at the same time I didn't want to spoil my mood. After billing, the same guy came and ask if I want to write a feedback. Without taking a second I said "Yes". I wrote good things and also about his behaviour. He saw that and tried to check all of that and pasted that particular page with a glue. Wondering how did I come to know about this? Well, the owner had called me looking at that page (thankfully that guy did not check my number) and asked me what happened? I was really surprised to see any owner checking and giving importance to feedback(s) this regularly. He also mentioned that we have taken necessary action against that guy and that he had also check the cameras. He also added that he has been receiving many complaints against him. Anyone can build a good property but it takes such management to make it BIG. Thank you Atith Patel for your all your concern. #NOTETHATITMATTERS

Great place to hang out. Regarding ambience, lots of colours and has a very cosy yet fresh look. Regarding food, lots and lots and lots of variety, especially in drinks. Go crazy with the wild concoctions they have whipped up. Food is good, tasty and again, variety. So if you want to try something new and not sure about the quality, give it a try here. PS for all those who love mint chocolate and love coffee, try frosted mint mocha. Won't disappoint you.

Good food and service. Few dishes are little on the expensive side. Lot of options in the menu, we wanted to stick around with turkish cuisine. Never had turkish before but liked the food overall. They have a pizza kind of a dish which was really good.

Okay place. Pros: 1. Nice ambience and sitting. 2. Good food. 3. Parking. 4. Humble and quick service. Cons: 1. Pretty overpriced for the quantity served. 2. Certain speciality items like Sizzlers were served cold. Can give a skip.

Too dim lighting. To much of the menu. Cheese not properly melt. Nonveg dishes were not great. AC was quite direct even after reminder. In all good place to go when a lot of people are involved but doesn't serve the price they charge!

Went there for work lunch and the experience was great. The ambience is very cosy and comfortable seating. The exquisite flavours and excellent service really stood out for me. Their weekly special menu of Bhaagbaan E Subz soup and Turkish Pide in the appetizer has my heart. Other main courses served were delicious too. Their idea of concept restaurant is good and I wish more people know about this place. Elysian is definitely worth visiting again and I am certainly coming back.

The service is really slow, I liked that they had big menu but I dnt thing the ppl working in kitchen know any recipe of the menu, We ordered South West crunch maxican salad, the order came really late n it was just routine capsicum, corn mayo salad, there was no spice, no dressing, no beans. Pasta also undercooked.

The food is Average. The quantity compared to other such restaurants is very less. So definitely not value for money. The service is slow you feel like all the food is being cooked only by a single cook only. It was not even the case that the hotel was full. Even it was partially filled the service was slowest ever in any restaurant.

The ambiance is very good. But the food is not so good they need to work hard on it. Even the staff is not Friendly... we ordered Turkish platter as it had meat in too we substituted it with chicken we were served only 4 pieces of chicken for the whole platter when asked the manager, without any knowledge he said that’s what they serve. But the waiter knew they made a mistake he immediately told us that they will add few more pieces, we were convinced with that but when they came to serve us the chicken pieces were raw. We again complained about it they didn’t apologise nothing just took the plate and got re cooked. We asked for feedback form but unfortunately they didn’t have one, they even didn’t bother asking what went wrong. Very bad experience... waste of money and time 😡

Heard a lot about it so went there last Saturday. Had ordered Nahri Gosht and Roghan Josh. The food didn't have any spices. Being a Lucknowite, I know what these dishes taste like and I have had the best of non veg dishes. The ambience was good but the food was just not there. It was simply bland
