Due to covid, peshwari restaurant was shut but they served Peshawari menu in Cambay ( multi cuisine). While we did miss the Peshawari experience, the food still stood tall! The non-veg platter is the star performer as always! Chicken khurchan with wheat parotha filled our bellies well leaving no room for anything else ! Spaghetti aglio olio was good veg option. The dal Bukhara turned out to be a disappointment when compared to what you get in ITC,Mumbai. Ambience- Decent Food - GOOD! Very Rich! Service- Good, they dint have a hard stop at 2:45pm for taking orders! Hygiene- Excellent! Plates/cutlery wrapped paper bag, staff doesn’t serve food.

Really loved with food and taste. Ambience of the restorant was awesome . They maintain the class of ITC. Staff were very humble . one of the staff Mr. Dalvir provide the fabulous service to us which I will always remember . I recommend please go atleast once . We had try Sikandari raan and murg makhni Raan taste was fabulous and I request all the mutton lovers to go atleast once and try , definitely you will love it.

Ambience.. Great. Service.. excellent. Food.. at this price it was average. Dinner for three people costed 4507 INR without sweet. We were expecting a high quality food. It turned out to be average taste. Nothing wrong but at this price it should be great. There are certainly better options in vadodra. Limited menu. No rice items. Even the presentation of each dish was average. Green chutney was too salty. Stars given for staff and ambience.

Peshawari kebab is a must try. Ambience is good. They have a small menu but still unable to serve everything that's there on the menu. So if you are looking for any particular item, kindly call and confirm.

No doubt about the service and food quality. Only the interior is the part which is not appealing. Seating is not comfortable. I expected old classic style seating and ambiance. This is different.Many new medium size restaurants have attractive interiors compared to this one.

Zero stars if possible!! We went at 9:43 PM and did not leave until 11:07 due to terrible service. Other than our party of 2 there were 4 other tables which all ate and left before we did. We waited for 18 mins for someone to come take our order. Then another 40 mins for just pasta. Then another 17 mins for paneer makhani and daal. We were so fed up with the wait time that we left even before our INCLUDED dessert came. It was ridiculous!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD TASTED EVEN WORSE!!

We went for our Aniversary dinner to this place. Firstly they have a very small limited menu, which was disappointing. Wht was even more sad was that they dont serve soups or rice. Food we ordered was good in taste. Chicken tandoori was ok, was hard little bit. Dal bukhara the most demanded dish here, to me was a normal black dal with lots of butter. Naans & parathas were also good in taste. Paneer Makhani was also decent. But the food is exorbitantly over priced and the taste was not even half of the value. The chaas we ordered was too watery. A gujarati lunch mess will give better chaas than this. So there was hardly any value for the money spent. This was disappointing.

The restaurant is inside Hotel Welcome, Alkapuri. The ambiance is good. However there are very limited items in the menu, if you are a vegetarian. We had ordered Paneer Khurcan and stuffed Capsicum and we did not find any of these dishes outstanding. Prices are quite high.

It's a rustic restaurant with leaning towards Afghani cuisine. You can relish the cottage cheese and famous Dal Bukhara! The ambience is calm, staff is courteous and would accommodate your requests making it worth to visit and enjoy delicacies!

Don't know how people gave rating above 4, which is not worth at all, every food item is over rated with poor service I will not recommen any more

I had raan which was very tender and perfectly cooked, butter chicken was very flavorful. Price is high otherwise ambience, service,good is good.

They have their menu accessible only through the mobile phone but the menu is not even mobile friendly (responsive). That is ridiculous for a restaurant within a 5-star hotel. We walked out.

The worst ever place I have been in Baroda so far. A hotel of such high but with pathetic food quality and services is completely unacceptable. Peshawri has gone e-menu route but the restaurant being in the basement, we didn't get proper network to surf the menu. When asked for the menu booklet, shockingly they said they don't have it! And told us to go to Cambay - their buffet restaurant. And mind you...the food there were all cold and not fresh. Taste- 0, variety - 0..better visit other buffets in the city

Mouth watering food and impeccable service. Dal Bukhara is a must try dish. The chicken (Murgh Malai) is succulent and cooked to perfection. Naan and Roomali Roti are very nice as well. Overall, a very good dinner experience at Peshawri. I visited the restaurant almost 7-8 years since the last time and the food taste is still the same. If you are after nice chicken dishes (and daal) coupled with good customer service in Vadodara, Peshawri is the place to go.

Hated it. They made us waited for main course for 1 hour after starter. Their staff had also hid so that they don't have to answer us. Food was average but Dal Makhni was outstanding.

it has a nice ambience although seating is not comfortable, very small chairs without back support. They have limited menu, so we had buffet at their adjoining room where they have another restaurant with buffet. Food was delicious, very good quality. Everything is sanatised inclusive of packed n sealed cutlery. Peshawri is mainly for non-veg food lovers who prefer grills or skewers as such. Hope this helps.

Awesome Afghani-Mughlai restaurant. Very very good food...especially for Non Vegetarians. I loved it. It is expensive but equally classy and good.
