Authentic Chinese food is good. But had a bitter experience in service part. They asked us to serve ourself because of rush, whereas other customers were being served. So found it a bit discrimination. I agree the Food is awesome, ambience is very good but please just don't show off on Social media that sorry for inconvenience, bla bla bla... Be responsible. Previous review given few days back. Dt 17.06.2022 Received call on 16.06.2022. Guaranteed a more pleasurable experience on our next visit. Dt. 18.11.2023 Had a good time. Food as usual good. Service much better. Name changed to Mandarin instead of Mainland China.

The brand name itself is the justice to Chinese food that is suitable for the Indian palette. I found the Gujrat version is a bit sweet than other states but that doesn't ruin its taste at least. Fish items are tender and fresh, chickens are indeed delicate. Staffs are polite, the atmosphere is calm and cosy and family-friendly.

1. First impressions: went on a Saturday evening to attend the birthday party of a friend of my mother's. No person to attend the recieving desk on such a busy day. Atmosphere seemed okay but looked as if the restaurant was slightly understaffed. 2. Ordering experience: The ladies had already ordered and it was around 9:45 p.m. by the time I arrived with a couple of friends. Seats are comfortable to spend ample time on, large tables as usual and general hygiene was maintained. It is upon close inspection that one will notice the imperfections (usually not found at such an overly priced restaurant). These include pieces of hair on the plates, missing tissue papers and tables not being cleaned properly. When we got to ordering, many of the items were not available and even simple things like cheese dumplings giving the reason that the cheese was frozen (I couldn't understand). 3. Serving and taste experience: Waited for about 15 minutes to find out that drinks and mocktails were not available due to the weekend rush. No problems, just a thing to take note of. Perppered chicken in gravy, basil chicken dimsum, Thai seasoned dimsum, chicken hakka noodles, chilli garlic veg noodles and veg fried rice to top it off. Flavour of all the food seemed a bit bland. Nothing to justify the price for the taste or out of the ordinary. Waiters were quick to serve us and quite down the kids :) 4. Conclusion to the evening: Mainland China is a reputed restaurant and is well maintained, but the extremely high prices are not justified.

Very much authentic food with a Perfect ambiance, staff of the restaurant are expressive & helpfull. Food verywell coocked, it test very well & balanced. Meet the expectations. Full marks.

The food was just delicious and the taste was finger licking. Love is mainland China . Six people can easily eat within 2500 with shakes and dessert too. A proper meal can be done. Pinacolada is the best shake there.

I love this restaurant. People say it is expensive, but my motto is you get what you pay for. I regularly visit this restaurant, and every time it satisfies my taste buds. Food quality is superior and consistently fresh. 🤘🤘🤘

If anyone really likes streets like Chinese food and expecting something better here, this is not the place for you. Maybe if someone likes authentic Chinese, you can visit here. The cost is too high but expected due to the reputed hotel. I mostly like street Chinese tests that don't match here, so not a good experience.

Delighted by the food! Each and every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection and served with a welcoming smile. Chicken yakitori is a must try in starters and pad thai noodles with chilli garlic fish in mains will be a good choice. The space is beautiful and centrally located. Parking can be an issue so find spots before reaching the main junction.

Food very tasty indeed, Less spacious compared all over India chain. Parking a little bit issue and service time is high. All though nice Chinese food, yummy in taste.

Good food. Nice service. One of the unique things about this restaurant is that they put a paper mat below each drink they serve and even their table mat are of collapsible design made of plastic, hence they don't need to spend extra man hours in table cleaning and in turn there is reduction in waiting time for next customers.

Has been one of the best Chinese restaurant for me for almost 6 years. The ambience is no match to any other place. All food have good quality ingredients and have this wonderful essence and aroma. The taste of all items are subtle and keeps your craving for more. The best part is how much so ever you eat, it feels quite light in your stomach. The service is really perfect and on time. 7-8 options for drinks only, but a lot to choose in appetizers and main course. A must visit for all Chinese cuisine lovers.

Food was good l. We tried dimsums, fish and Burnt garlic prawns noodles. Quantity is very less for dimsums and taste was also not up to the mark. But other dishes were very nice. Their sauces are best I ever had in Chinese cuisine. A descent place to go with family and friends for good Chinese food.

I had terrible experience here. The tables, napkins and plates.. nothing was clean. The service was extremely slow and almost reluctant. The food tasted okay-ish. The drinks served were too sugary. Not at all worth the price they charge. Just fancy ambience.

Very good restaurant chain with almost same food quality everywhere. Very hygiene, neat and clean kitchen. Staff is very well trained and very cooperative. I liked the environment of the restaurant. Good quality was also good, the food served was fresh and was of excellent taste. I recommend this place to visit atleast once. Cost is slightly higher.

Quality, quantity and authenticity - the brand delivers on all accounts. I was pleasantly surprised to know that they also have a buffet. I would request they add more items to the spread and not be afraid in pushing palettes to try something interesting once in a while.

My cousin and I went here. The food was good. I expected the place to be less noisy, but that was because of the people and not issue with the restaurant. The Hakka noodles looked and tasted plain (as opposed to the ones we get in streets) but they were really delicious.

A very unique and authentic experience of food. Food is fresh and delicious. I have tried Japanese prawns and garlic chicken with fried chicken rice. I mean it's a yum-yum.

Mainland China used to be a classic restaurant till few years back. Had a visit recently here after a long time after it shifted to a new location. I must say, the food quality and the uniqueness is absolutely missing. The starter we ordered was way tooo spicy to handle. The main course also didn't fair well as the chicken pieces were hard and felt as if were quite old in stock. Literally, I must say that the old mainland china is the thing I miss and used to be a brand. Though the ambience was fine and staff did its job well, but the food was not at all upto the mark.

Nice ambience, they offer all varieties of Chinese food as the name suggest Mainland China. But they take so much time to serve food and its pricey as compared to the quantity they offer. Food is okay. The good thing is they offer chopsticks, so if you like to eat Chinese in a Chinese style, you should visit this place.
