Unlimited Gujarati thali for just ₹120 (sweet not included). We had to wait for 15-20 mins but food served was worth the wait😌 A must visit place🌟

This is shree kathiyawadi Khadki restaurant newly opened at L p savani road , Adajan. They are providing Gujrati thali & ala cart menu also. Full unlimited thali @140 Rs only. The owner name are Ashishbhai, himanshubhai & Sanjaybhai , they are very polite to customer. They give open challenges to customer that if you don’t like our test and quality, food is free . I strongly recommend all to one’s test the thali of this restaurant.

Good food.. Friendly staff... Gujarati kathiyawadi and punjabi dishes are available.. Only issue is that there is too much rush and restaurant is in confined space... For sweet toothed person like me, they offer numbers of options in desert complementary...

Rice was open in parcel. Salads were smelling bad. Food was not as given in Zomato app description. Two sabji were same. Taste less full of oil.

To be honest the reviews belie ( give a false impression) the experience of the food. I was sorely disappointed. My wife & daughter had the thali ( see photo) - 3 vegetables - muth, bateta rassawala, dudhi - all three were very ordinary in taste.. I ordered Sev Tameta & bhindi masala ( only dish worth remembering)...Sev Tameta was also disappointing...there are many "thali restaurants" in Vadodara - Mandap @ Express tower hotel is the best. Then there are spinoffs to that thali restaurant - Sasumaa thali is gaining popularity & others too..

The taste of Kathiyawadi food. Lasanya bataka, vagharelo rotlo, dal bati was very good. Chaas was very good too. They will serve food if you ask them. Very decent atmosphere. If you want to skip the crowd go early. Me and my friends went there around 730 pm. There were very less people seating and table was easily available.

The ambience was pretty good. The food was great. The staff was very attentive and also the place looked hygienic. All in all a good place to grab some lunch.

I visited here today after the popularity of this restaurant. The managers arrange offers your table during heavy waiting period. Food is authentic tasty and nicely presented. Desert options are tradional like churma ladoo, shrikhand mango lassi gulab jamun. The salad especially cabbage fried is very tasty

Best food

Well well well.... It was my first experience over there, having dinner🍽 and celebrating🎊 the day with family and friends. We went there and i was like wow this is so cool.. The interior, the design, and the decorative materials they have used were just ancient and wonderful. The food 🍲was mouth watering especially khichdi and kadhi. But one more thing I would like to tell that they didn't serve onions in the starting as I have heard from the people that before today they used to serve that, this is because the price is raised. They were taking charge so that it's better to not expect the right now😅. Otherwise I loved everything and clicked many pictures of the place.

The best satisfaction food which feels like home and unlimited serving with positive attitudes of each and every staff with the authentic food deserves 5 star. The Unlimited thali of 140 is vasul... Worth it...

Fantastic taste, With old charm, really good service. 140 for unlimited dish. 1 Panjabi sabji, 1 kathol, 1 bateta sabji, dal rise, roti, dalvada it is unlimited 1 chas and 2 papad it is limited. Other things are paid like jambu, ras, etc.

The Name Is Enough, if you’re true Barodian Gujarati you Definitely knew this place - location. As this place is difficult for new people to find. Yes, this is located in city area. Go there by two wheeler or auto cause had no parking place available in city as obvious. Place has very much people visiting on daily basis, so it was crowded. You have to wait for few minutes. They serve unlimited and Fixed thali lunch. The food was as good as the name Kathiyawadi. As we opted to order food as per our requirements so we ordered bangan Bharta, Rotla, sev tamatar, Chhash(butter milk) and other sweet items. The food is nice and have delicious taste. The service is very quick for Unlimited thali as they have fixed menus for them, for us we felt somehow slow service but its ok. Otherwise everything is good, budget lunch and dinner too available. Value for money.

I dinner at this restaurant. The food was great. A real kathiyawadi experience. I loved the kadhi khichdi. The bhakri was also amazing. And do try their gajar ka halwa and gulab jamun. The food was served fresh and hot. The chutney, pickle and the cabbage salad were a hit. The food is not too sweet or spicy. It's a family restaurant and it was very crowded. So if u want to visit this restaurant make sure u are reserving a table. The hotel is clean and hygienic. The staff is very helpful and polite. The parking is a little issue here. Overall I enjoyed the food and had a fun experience.

Great little corner cafe with excellent authentic Goan Fish Curry. Fresh and delicious. For those who like real authentic flavours and a simple environment. Only drawback is that there is that it is open to the street so a bit noisy.

Sweets served were a delight (charges for sweets are not included in the cost of thali). You can also order from the menu other than the contents in thali. They have variety of options. It is a pure veg restaurant and unexpectedly reached here due to miscommunication with auto bhaiya🛺, but the food was very tasteful 😋. Initially different types of salad are served then we ordered Kaju Kathiyawadi - 4/5 Spl dal bhati- 5/5 Jawar roti - 4/5 Make ki rot - 4/5 Aam ras - 3/5 Rosogulla- 3.5/5 For a first timer having Kathiyawadi there was no skimping with ghee on rotis and the curries were flavorful. Left with a filled stomach 🍽️ and happy face.😁

My experience is here not pleasant at all. I visited on Sunday afternoon after searching a lot and upon reaching seeing the waiting line I had high expectations but in no moment I was in a place full of chaos nothing is defined. The thali cost me Rs.140 but sitting in such a chaos full I could not enjoy it. The food was tasty but I could eat peacefully which I in a way see as a drawback. If you can eat do once pay a visit

The ambience is very soothing. The staff is very friendly and the seating arrangement is also better than before. About the food, it feels like having home-made food at a restaurant. They also had options in daal for someone who want punjabi daal instead of sweet gujarati daal. Loved the food and experience, visiting again soon.

I would review this restaurant on the following parameters 1. Food quality: Taste good, but not real kathiavadi. It was more of a Gujarati in the lunch, unlike the name of the restaurant. The thali they offer is average in composition and taste. But according to the price it is good. The unlimited thali is only available in afternoon session. Though their normal menu has some great dishes which one shall try. Sweets are delicious!!
