The stay was pathetic. Booked for INR 2000/- however the rooms are not worth INR 2000/- rooms need renovation. It seemed like a 1000 year old bunglow turned into hotel for only making money. Giving a detailed feedback for the hotel management team to look into : 1. On the day of check in 20th August first went to hotel to see the rooms so that booking can be made post showround of the room. Initially when approached Front desk for the showround a blunt answer came " Sir you need to wait for the showround of the room as rooms are not vaccant. When asked how much time it will take for the same they stated till 2pm. After wait of 10 minutes again approached front desk again the same answer and then stated them to show a dirty room as it was only show round only just wanted to see whether we can stay or not. Finally they showed #542 which was ready as per them. However intially it was told none of the rooms are ready hence we need to wait for one hour. Once we saw #542 it was okay. We booked the same through MMT. Though #542 was ready yet we were made to wait for 20 minutes (CCTV can be checked for the lobby) befoe alloting us the room. Finally we were given room #542. 2. Post check in when sat in the bed saw dirty stains on the bed linen. When complained about the same in reception the answer that the front desk team gave was shocking. They stated " Sir you only prior to check in told that the room was ok now you are telling bed sheets are dirty. Am i supposed to Housekeeping job? As a guest should i tell your staff that yes room is ok you can relarse the same in system and give it to your customer. When stated to speak to duty manager they never made us spoke to the duty manager and finally offered room move to #524. 3. In evening we asked for bed sheet change to which it was stated that since we have checked in today bed linen cant be changed. Finally after much hassle and conversations HK supervisor came to change the same. We got to know since the linen is outsourced hence these stains are a problem. One question if I have spent money why should i know that whether linen is outsourced or insourced. Clean rooms is what i asked for. 4. At check out got to know that GPAY is not functional again another negative attribute for the hotel. Neither any manager met us for all of this hassle. Dont stay at this hotel they are only revenue eccentric. Just wonder asked for sleepers they stated its chargeable at INR 50 plus taxes. Stay away from this hotel.

The location is perfect and just a couple of blocks away from the bus stand. Most of the places of interest are either walking distance or a few km away. The room is cozy and nice. Breakfast is too good especially the spread. Staff is courteous and friendly. They allowed me to check in at 10.30 am which was good.

We stayed on 26 th Aug. Stay is horrible.whole hotel is stinking like hell. Team is not professional at all expect one guy from FO. Same way breakfast was average. After informing Housekeeping and reception hardly they are able to do anything. There is no provision of fresh air in rooms. Surely it's not matching the brand standard of Regenta by Royal orchid.

Regenta Inn is a 3-star hotel which I found was good for a short stay but with the perfect location. The hotel was just a couple of blocks away from the bus stand and 1 km approx. away from the Railway Station. The rooms were okay and the staff were polite and helpful. The rooms I found were a bit compact. A bit noisy because of the bus station. Uploading the photos of the rooms for you all to see and then book.

My disappointment reached its peak when I realized I had left my phone in room 546 on the morning of the 25th. Upon contacting the hotel, I was told that no mobile phone was found during the cleaning process. This raises serious concerns about the staff's honesty and responsibility. Considering my experience, I strongly advise potential visitors to exercise caution when choosing this hotel. There are likely better options nearby that prioritize guest satisfaction and the safety of personal belongings. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for others.

Good hotel. Great location. Newly made rooms with centralized AC systems. Fresh ambience. Have great options for breakfast. Needs better maintenance otherwise won't be the same. The noise from the buses at ground level is annoying. Overall, it's a good option for the kind of budget and location.

AC was not working, complained 3 times and the issue was resolved after 24 hours, stayed here in malfunctioned ac for 24 hours, when complaint during check out the receptionist unheard the grievances, and said we can’t help you with this contact agoda, the reply was so unreasonable and unprofessional, quality of food is disgusting. On the top of it attitude of employee’s are meaningless. Royal orchid is the parent brand and such an absurd behaviour from staff will make me think twice to book hotel at any of your subsidiaries brand.

Organized my Engagement function in Regenta Inn banquet, Hall is very spacious. The management and service was very poor, food taste was way below average. Even the food served wasn't hot & there was very much delay to bring the prepared food to the counter for various items for which the guests have to wait for too long. Chair covers were torn and even after requesting the manager to replace it the same wasn't replaced during the whole function. There was not much cleanliness in the hall. Over priced decoration for a basic theme which was not at all like as discussed and finalized with the vendor at the end. Also they didn't provide a proper bill after the function and i had to visit the hotel personally the next day and wait for around half an hour in the hotel to collect the bill Overall a bad experience. Not recommended (banquet hall as well as decoration vendor) for any family function. One suggestion....If they improve food quality and overall service, this banquet can become one of the best banquet halls considering the size of the hall and the location of the hotel and the name of Royal Orchid group with them.

This is situated above the inter city bus terminal of vadodra. 400 metres walkable distance from railway station. Compared to other properties this is too costly both in lodging and food. Rooms are small at the same time ample number of rooms are available. Lifts are too small and suffocating. Breakfast option is available but with limited option One would have to walk for more than 100 metre inside if the farthest room is allocated.

Room size is compact and congested. Food is really good and many items in breakfast. Room service is good. Ambition is also good but not decent at this star category. Peaceful and good food. Easy Transportation and services. Need more staff when rush.

I stayed at regenta inn in november 2023 with family. I was on vacation. We enjoyed a lot our stay at this hotel. Hotel is nice and clean. room was nice with all amenities but little less spacious. Interior is classic. We booked two rooms one deluxe and second Superior. Superior room was not as big as we expected. My daughter loved the bed it was really cozy and comfortable. hotel is really awesome. flooring & walls are well decorated. Buffet type Breakfast was really delicious. both quality and quantity of food was good. There were lots of variety of food. so we enjoyed it as per individual choice. Dining area is the main attraction of the hotel. I can`t explain in words. Room service was fast and perfect. Reception was friendly & Staff cooperative. Check in and check out was smooth. we visited statue of unity one day. and two days we visited Baroda tourist places and our vaishnav haveli. we styed for three days and it was memorable.

Excellent property and conveniens to search. Front desk staff (Divya & muskan) both are extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful also they are so calm & polite. Executive ( Vitesh) his behavior was very bad. He has no manners to talk. also he is not good for hotels reputation. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

The property is right above the bus stand. Very close to the railway station so convenient for many. Reasonable price and pure veg breakfast. They also have other entertainment in the premises and the cafe is very well done with the roof painted like a twilight sky

They lack professionalism, asked for confirmation multiple times, post which it was sent on what's app as a text, not even a proper pdf. In the end they did not provide me and my family the accommodation at the confirmed price. Pathetic and worst experience. Especially the Day manager and the staff on the counter on June 7th, including Prabhat Kumar. Never going to get in to Regenta again

Good Rooms Great Location. Good Breakfast Spread & Dinner. Room service is pathetic, for any requirements you will have to follow up multiple times. Sad part is they do not stock toiletries in the room like most hotels do so even if you don't want to, you will have to engaged to experience their room service. Would recommend to stick to higher floors to avoid honking & noise from the bus stand below. Pretty much okay for a business travelling staying for a day or two.

Situated in the middle of Bus Stop a third class hotel, with broken flushes, Door Locks and Management. The Management is incredibly rude, and lacks commonsense. We asked them to keep birthday cake as we were out for a wedding and we wanted to send via Swiggy so that we could surprise our friend and even when we offered any amount of money, their answer was no for such a simple request. There were multiple instances of similar rudeness through out the stay. The Management seriously needs to learn they're in a hospitality business. Also, the Management's Ego is not even justified for the claustrophobic tiny rooms they have.

Positives: 1. Proximity to bus station and train station 2. Buffet breakfast Negatives: 1. Room was 100ft from the main entrance. They do not have any other lift/ entry points functioning, so if you have discomfort in walking, it may not be convenient 2. Noise from bus stand could disturb your sleep 3. Property is old, so rooms are little unclean. They have a foul smell. Furnitures and bathroom fixtures may not function as expected 4. Service is not prompt, you may have to call multiple times to get your issue addressed

A centrally situated hotel in the central bus station building. Beautiful hall at the fifth floor for the functions which is sufficiently large for the marriage celebrations. Cleanliness and staff service is very good.

Its rated for only its location. Main city central. Room size is too small. Don't have three star hotel size.. Food is just ok. Good for only bed and breakfast and not recommended for family 🙂

Best hotel to stay near railway station and bus stand. Rooms are spacious, clean and well lit. Food is good. They also serve Maggie, sandwich and french fries 24hrs .

The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. The chef was very attentive and made sure that everything was perfect. The food was cooked to perfection and the presentation was beautiful. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. And specially rajib chef he has amazing personality even his food was so amazing

The staff is very polite and took extra care to cater to our needs. The staff at the Casablanca Restuarant, Bharti, was really efficient at her job, taking good care of the guests. She went out of her way to arrange the dessert of our choice. All the Best to her. This hotel is great for a short stay, compact yet comfortable rooms. Quiet rooms are recommended because of its close vicinity to the bus stop.

I recently stayed at Best Western Alkapuri and had a disappointing experience with their restaurant services. Despite being informed that the restaurant was open until 10:30 PM, when we arrived at 10:15 PM, we were told it was closed. The only option provided was room service, but there were no tables or chairs in the room for a proper dinner. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the hotel lacked a complaint book, offering only a feedback form, which goes against legal norms for hotels. This experience impacted my stay negatively. Best part is they don't have any shift duty manager, being informed that he left for the day and moreover he refused to talk over phone
