The
stay
was
pathetic.
Booked
for
INR
2000/-
however
the
rooms
are
not
worth
INR
2000/-
rooms
need
renovation.
It
seemed
like
a
1000
year
old
bunglow
turned
into
hotel
for
only
making
money.
Giving
a
detailed
feedback
for
the
hotel
management
team
to
look
into
:
1.
On
the
day
of
check
in
20th
August
first
went
to
hotel
to
see
the
rooms
so
that
booking
can
be
made
post
showround
of
the
room.
Initially
when
approached
Front
desk
for
the
showround
a
blunt
answer
came
"
Sir
you
need
to
wait
for
the
showround
of
the
room
as
rooms
are
not
vaccant.
When
asked
how
much
time
it
will
take
for
the
same
they
stated
till
2pm.
After
wait
of
10
minutes
again
approached
front
desk
again
the
same
answer
and
then
stated
them
to
show
a
dirty
room
as
it
was
only
show
round
only
just
wanted
to
see
whether
we
can
stay
or
not.
Finally
they
showed
#542
which
was
ready
as
per
them.
However
intially
it
was
told
none
of
the
rooms
are
ready
hence
we
need
to
wait
for
one
hour.
Once
we
saw
#542
it
was
okay.
We
booked
the
same
through
MMT.
Though
#542
was
ready
yet
we
were
made
to
wait
for
20
minutes
(CCTV
can
be
checked
for
the
lobby)
befoe
alloting
us
the
room.
Finally
we
were
given
room
#542.
2.
Post
check
in
when
sat
in
the
bed
saw
dirty
stains
on
the
bed
linen.
When
complained
about
the
same
in
reception
the
answer
that
the
front
desk
team
gave
was
shocking.
They
stated
"
Sir
you
only
prior
to
check
in
told
that
the
room
was
ok
now
you
are
telling
bed
sheets
are
dirty.
Am
i
supposed
to
Housekeeping
job?
As
a
guest
should
i
tell
your
staff
that
yes
room
is
ok
you
can
relarse
the
same
in
system
and
give
it
to
your
customer.
When
stated
to
speak
to
duty
manager
they
never
made
us
spoke
to
the
duty
manager
and
finally
offered
room
move
to
#524.
3.
In
evening
we
asked
for
bed
sheet
change
to
which
it
was
stated
that
since
we
have
checked
in
today
bed
linen
cant
be
changed.
Finally
after
much
hassle
and
conversations
HK
supervisor
came
to
change
the
same.
We
got
to
know
since
the
linen
is
outsourced
hence
these
stains
are
a
problem.
One
question
if
I
have
spent
money
why
should
i
know
that
whether
linen
is
outsourced
or
insourced.
Clean
rooms
is
what
i
asked
for.
4.
At
check
out
got
to
know
that
GPAY
is
not
functional
again
another
negative
attribute
for
the
hotel.
Neither
any
manager
met
us
for
all
of
this
hassle.
Dont
stay
at
this
hotel
they
are
only
revenue
eccentric.
Just
wonder
asked
for
sleepers
they
stated
its
chargeable
at
INR
50
plus
taxes.
Stay
away
from
this
hotel.
