If you want privacy this hotel is not for you. Someone from hotel will directly come inside your room without knocking, it happened with me twice, room smells, small size, bathroom dirty and they their policies changes in seconds. 3rd class services not recommended.

At one point of time, it was good quality business hotel. Now detoriated in service. Wifi hardly works in rooms. Housekeeping have to be reminded for cleaning rooms which should be done automatically during day... Business class hotel for one or two days stay as the hotel location is in city and conveyance available all through out day...

A little difficult to find. It's in a narrow lane. Shortage of staffs. But food was tasty. Conference room was stinking & AC was also not working. Dining area was good.

Good clean rooms, elevator is pretty small. Buffet foods are very poor in taste, authenticity & serving style. Doesn't know how to set up tables. Some covers will have AP spoon, Some will have Soup spoon. Basically untrained staff.

Rooms are good, value for money hotel. Little inside from the main road but quiet place. Good parking space. Lifts are little congested but ok for 1-2persons at a time. Not opted for breakfast as our plan was to leave early morning so no idea. Food is little costly. We went outside for dinner. Behind hotel options for street foods are available.

Had a pathetic experience.Was an official stay. The night I checked in, I realized the phone wasnt working. Considering the onset of winters, there was no hot bathing water, no towels and a constantly stinking bathroom. Had to check out early morning hence had to make do with the cold water. Thank God am in a habit of carrying a thin towel. Food quality and number of items could improve too.

I checked into this hotel there was no Bell Boy available here to take the luggage to the room. The room is good and spacious and clean. There was a problem with the AC of the room i called up room service and they told us we couldn't do anything this was the experience of this hotel

Excellent rooms and good location. Rooms are with enough space and well kept. Breakfast has enough options. The only problem I observed is the elevator which seems very small for such a high rise building. Overall it's an excellent option.

Value for money with an excellent location with nearby eateries and railway station (those who plan to visit Statue of Unity by train). Very courteous and considerate staff. Breakfast is ok - change of items everyday but their South Indian counter is not up to the mark. The facilities certainly need to upgrade their maintenance of elevators, AC, TV remote, etc.

I recently stayed at Best Western Alkapuri and had a disappointing experience with their restaurant services. Despite being informed that the restaurant was open until 10:30 PM, when we arrived at 10:15 PM, we were told it was closed. The only option provided was room service, but there were no tables or chairs in the room for a proper dinner. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the hotel lacked a complaint book, offering only a feedback form, which goes against legal norms for hotels. This experience impacted my stay negatively. Best part is they don't have any shift duty manager, being informed that he left for the day and moreover he refused to talk over phone

Good stay in best western. Rooms are old but net & clean. Specially thanks Manager Mr. Deepak Mali is helping the room booking & Sight seen in Vadodara also help me for garba passes. I traveller lots of hotel but this type of manager never seen he is very helpful person & he is a whole day available in property. Only breakfast quality is not good specially south Indian. I will suggest this property to my friend & family to stay.

Location is good. Service and cleanliness is also good. Staff is very polite. Only problem is rooms are very small and ventilation is not proper. One more thing to point is lifts are weird. Don't show which floor button is pressed.. otherwise all good

It is very well located in the Alkapuri area, very close to raliway station and close to important places. In fact it's quite centrally located in Baroda. Apart from that there is not much to talk about this hotel. The staff is new and mostly young boys who are probably working at low salaries and not very well trained. They take ages to get you stuff from housekeeping again most probably coz they are under staffed. And the rooms are OK but they don't have any windows. The hanger in the wardrobe is sooo high that only a 7 ft person can reach it. Rest all is OK with the hotel. If you are a smoker then you have to go out coz all rooms are smoking free. There is ample parking if you get your car. Also your can order food from zomato etc easily as the location is prime. Not much complain but if its around 2000 rs per night then ok hotel else u shud choose others too.

This hotel is kind of a hidden gem, literally behind the gas station wall. Tight entrance, but currently Best Western has new clean rooms available with breakfast 1500. Wifi & AC both worked well on 7th floor. Great job Best Western. Keep up the clean rooms at a reasonable rate.

We just had to stop as a transit as we were driving further. Entry to the hotel is little tricky as it’s behind the petroleum pump. We reached around 10.15 pm. We called the hotel in advance asking for room service times. He said kitchen closes at 10. We said we can place the order early as we would reach by 10.15. We were asked to order something through zomato. Room was okay but not clean. Dust across a lot of things. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok - nothing great. Reasonable stay for a transit.

Constantly forgot to give us towels. Breakfast was decent being incuded. Staff at front desk dressed in hoodies (same one for days.) With hood on. Seemed unprofessional. Hot water in shower was sparatic. I think next time i would spend same $$ at Pride or more and stay at Fairfield. Surprised Best Western gave their name to this location. But value is there for price. But sheets had holes in them and housekeeping needs help. wouldn't give 2 keys to room....

Hotel with good food. But the first impression was bad. They changed the room and the experience was changed to better. We enjoyed the stay.

Good hotel to stay in Vadodara. Bus station and railway station is nearby only. Alkapuri is one of the prime locations in Vadodara. Hotel has clean rooms. Staff is co-operative. Food taste is nice. Enough parking space is available.

Situated in the prime Alkapuri area about 1.5 kms from Vadodara Railway station, this hotel is located in a quiet lane adjacent to BPCL petrol pump. The property is clean. The rooms are spacious and clean as well. There were a couple of signs of wear and tear in the hotel rooms, but the staff was quick to attend to it. The room service I would say is on the slower side. They can certainly do with better pace of attending to guests. The washrooms are clean with all basic facilities you'd expect. The hotel has a good buffet breakfast spread but will cost a lot per person if it's not included in your tariff plan. That said, the rooms are priced moderately and their restaurant on the ground floor serves some good local delicacies like Sev tomato usal and other common cuisine like daal khichadi. The staff at the reception is helpful and courteous. The hotel is located close to tourist spots like Laxmi Vilas Palace and to other commercial establishments. One can also step out for food and find good dining options for all budgets within walking distance of the area. Despite the drawbacks, the hotel is still a good budget property you can consider if at Vadodara.

Third class service and they don't care much about their customers. Cups in the room unclean. Hot water Kettle broken. Ask for a extra bed in the room that is provided without bedsheet i.e. Sleep directly on mattress ! It's only advantage is the proximity to railway station.

Everything is good EXCEPT 1- The laundry guys might enter your room in the morning without your permission. I was in deep sleep when the door bell rang and next thing i see that the laundry guy had opened my room with a master key at 8 30 in the morning when I was inside. NO PRIVACY. 2- Please provide DND cards for every room. Because room cleaning and laundry people will disturb you every morning at 8 30. 3 - I got a room key of 305, and accidentally while checking in the room I checked into 304. I mean how did 304 open with a key card of 305 ?

This hotel is located very near to the train station. If booked in advance you will get the room at really cheap rate. The room is clean and has good ambiance. The service was also good. The desk is well staffed and 24x7 you will find staff at the desk. The hotel restaurant is pricy, but you will find lot of restaurants near the hotel.

Conference rooms were not properly maintained...wifi was too bad even after we told them they only provided one dongle which was also limited to 2GB...we had to use phone internet

Worst service i have come across till date. Oyo rooms are better the vadodara best western I have asked one spoon, staff replied “ can you just cone down to get it?” Very unprofessional staff!!

I've stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are pleasant and cozy. The breakfast and dinner options and taste can be further improved.

Nice hotel, good location, Had a Nice stay. Recommended for business and family stays.
