Nice and clean room . Food was tasty and delicious. Helpful staff. Specially the female staff on reception. Only thing that is bit unlike is lunch time is 12 to 3 pm. And check in time is 3 pm. How guest will enjoy the lunch ? But still very helpful staff provide the lunch to my guest. Staff have very positive attitude. God bless you all staff member of the hotel.

This place was simply wonderful. I visited with my family and everyone loved it starting from chatney to dal to dessert and all other dishes. They went extra mile to get a cake for me as it was my birthday:) The staff are very friendly. I have been here and will definitely visit again whenever I am in Baroda.

We dined at peshawri by itc, they have the best dal bukhara and people come from different places just for this dal. It’s worth trying. We were assisted by ashfaq, he was kind and polite and explained us all about the theme of the restaurant. Ambience 5/5 Food 5/5 Services 5/5

overall a very underwhelming experience compared to other ITC properties i have stayed at. this is an older property and many parts including the rooms are outdated an not well kept. from checkin to checkout the experience didn't have the ITC 5-star quality feel. The hotel also seemed understaffed at points. the room service was not good. The breakfast was average.

The Welcome staff at the entry are very warm, helpful and few staff( don't remember the name) one who is the main at the restaurant were also caring and respectful but i found out that few junior level staff are in hurry and was not welcoming. Need Improvement. Disliked · At the reception, Manish and Divya, both were not cooperative and didn't help me with check out. They debited amount for one extra day which i didn't even use because I didn't informed booking.com earlier that i was checking out. I really felt this issue could be resolved easily instead suppressing the issue on me. Bad Management and poor way of treating customers. Money is surely important but it should not be taken forcefully. Due to this both person, i will never visit this place nor recommend to anyone.

We are so satisfied with the facilities given by staff and management, all are cooperative and very clean and well organised Banquet hall. All arrangement has been done as per requirements. Also food quality and taste is excellent.

The food we have here were very delicious and tasty. Peshwari is really very good. The staff named Manvendra and Nitish served the food to us with their happy faces. Mr. Dilver welcomed us with a nice smile. Really loved the food. Would like to visit again for food.

Excellent rooms. Food is excellent and didn't disappoint. Couple of special mentions to Divya and Naaz at the front desk. Just one thing to point out, while loading our bags I tipped a couple of boys from the concierge. They just dissappeared after the tip leaving behind one of my bags unloaded onto the car. Wasn't pleasent to be just left there after a positive end of stay.

Dined at iconic Peshawri. Lip smacking food as always - Dal Bhukhra and Paneer Khurchan were delicious! Dalvir ji and team were extremely warm and welcoming. They made us very comfortable and it was a fantastic experience overall.

The staff and their service was upto the mark. They are following full covid guidelines and wallet parking is also available. The room which I stayed had beautiful lamps and a nice pool side view. Breakfast buffet had good options both for veg and non veg(pictures attached). Taste and quality was Good. The complete hotel was neat and clean. I really liked everything about the hotel and the stay.

Very nice hotel for both business and pleasure. Very courteous staff, good ambience. The maintenance of bathroom fittings could be better, but it's definitely not too bad to offset the overall experience. The breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous. Highly recommended.

Best hotel in Baroda. Exceptional service and staff. They made some very special arrangements for me and my colleagues and made our stay beautiful. Would highly recommend this place. This hotel also has an in house liquor shop which can be used after preparing a temporary permit.

First trip to India. Staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Rooms well appointed. Other facilities are excellent. Restaurant catering is of a very good standard. Menu is quite varied.

Clearly, well trained staff, perfect service and great food. The room decor is bit traditional as the ITC hotel theme is generally traditional/royal but it was well maintained. Felt that the staff at reception and the restaurant, really cared for the comfort of the guest. Would stay here again when in the city

Excellent service, nicely maintained rooms, very hygienic and clean but still not value for money. This is much costlier than nearby hotels. I have not stayed in other hotels in Vadodara, so can't compare but this hotel lags a bit compared to luxury hotels elsewhere. Probably the building is old and there is limited scope to expand facilities. Things I prominently disliked - the swimming pool is not very appealing and although clean, it is mostly ignored by the staff so remains for namesake. We could not use it in the morning because it was mistakenly written closed and then when we came back in afternoon they had started decorations around for a wedding, very disappointing. Second - fitness area, negligible. Most important - bathrooms although well maintained and stocked, are extremely small... Probably constrained by the structural limitations. Overall, while there is nothing to complain about, it didn't feel like we were staying at one of the top hotels in the city

Good experience staying here. The rooms are nicely maintained with all amenities one would need. The in room dining is fast & is precisely delivered as per the time they say. The staff is polite and warm. The breakfast is just average and the in room dining menu also is very limited.

The stay was great and would prefer to choose again and also will recommend others to visit. Especially, Mr. Chandermohan Sharma the Manager had provided me excellent services and support. Please also convey my appreciation to the cook who prepared excellent food. Specifically the one who prepared Lal Mans curry at Cambay is an asset to the hotel. One of the authentic taste I have ever found at hotels.

Stayed there for a couple of weeks. Polite Management, employees and delicious food. My driver was allowed to park outside. Breakfast can be fully recommended. The gym was alright (1 room, not too much equipment). The pool was fine but nothing special.

We held a large engagement party for my nephew, and all went very well. The staff from event manager, chef, service manager to all the servers were very efficient and delivered better than expected. Always a pleasure to eat in this restaraunt. The buffet has a large variety of different cuisines. The service was amazing. The staff, specially Nishikant ensured that we get excellent service and hot good food. All in all wonderful experience and nice ambience.

Stayed here 2 times in April 22. The location is good, the staff is excellent and really helpful. Overall the place is well maintained but the rooms, specially the bathrooms could have been little more clean. The restaurant food quality was also decent but they can improve in-room food quality. Overall, a value for your money and good option in vadodara.

Loved the level of service we experienced during our three day stay here. The Front Desk Housekeeping and the F&B service staff is amazing. They took care of each and every detail of ours.
