We stayed here during a long road trip and Baroda wad just a stopover hence were looking for a cost effective place for a night over and early morning push off. But even with very low expectation was disappointed with this hotel. The room key just wouldn't work and had to go down thrice to get it reactivated but failed each time. Room washy ready when we wanted to check in that too late evening which was an irritant. Very cramped up and the veiw from the window is pathetic. Didn't try the food though. What works for them is the location with plenty of option just a shirt walj away.

Using a Accommodation brand chain of Tata, Hotel Ginger Fatehgunj, is best in providing the worst experience😡 to the guest. They don't have key machine, where guest can access their room by their own. Water logging issue, if you'll ask anything to particular staff it will almost takes 2 hours, For corporate stays, while we need proper internet connection and charging sockets for that as well they don't have proper arrangements, All together Hotel Ginger Fatehgunj, you can use as "Pay and Use" rest room. The only good thing about this place is cleaning staffs are doing amazing job💪. Rest Kitchen staff don't even know how to make proper breakfast too.😂

Hotel price is low in breakfast that every walk in guest can eat it. Breakfast was too good. Service staff also. Chef Mr prakash was also polite towards guest and He talk with us and wishes us in morning I like the nature.

I really liked my stay here, its in the heart of city and the rooms are equipped with all the necessities, only thing that I feel like could be is the cleanliness of room and washroom, the food is awesome here, I really liked having my morning breakfast here the 3 min diner is awesome, you just can'tmiss it, the buffet has everything you need, the taste and service is top notch, this would be my go to hotel it I visit vadodara again!

Food, staff behavior, room service and cleanliness everything is awesome here. Rooms are spacious too. The service they provide in the price of 2200 is quite reasonable. You can book room here without any hesitation. Name of Tata is reflected in their services.

We stayed here for 2 days. Very disappointing. Felt like dharamshala. Very very old building. Not that well maintained. Not at all 3 star hotel. You should learn from Goa Ginger Hotel. Had enjoyed the Goa Ginder but this Vadodara Ginger is not at all good. Service was also not much useful.

The room was so small in size and wash rooms door was not closed properly and it's remain in open condition..when i informed this issues with reception staff there was no response.. Night 10.30 to 12.30.pm.i had requested them for room change they didn't give any response.. Finally i told them that i will come and sit at reception i do not want to stay this type of worst room then they given another room which is some what ok..

This hotel is the best since the day I'm coming to it. Food is always amazing and qualitative and also the staff is cooperative as they give their best services to us. I would specially like to thanks brother Hari Om the way he manages everything is really great and i love it.

Nice hotel in vadodara. Good rooms and amenities with big parking. Staff are polite and helpful. Hotel is located in center of city. Railway station, bus station are near by. One star less for room intercom was not working which was my personal experience. Otherwise very good hotel.

Authentic place for quality food. Would have been better for non domiciles who consume non veg food if there were a bit more non veg food varieties. Also it doesn't provide drinks/mojitos etc. Food quality is very good, hygienic environment, helpful and joyful staff and reasonable priced food options are all seen and available here.

Excellent services Everything included was freshly prepared, super delicious and very filling. I loved the salad and Dal the most. The zeera rice was fantastic too. Would love to enjoy a meal here again. 100% recommended.

Just now today at 8.13 PM ( 28-4-23) one guy at reception picked up my call . I wanted to tell that my parents who have booking from today and check out on 3rdApr2023. I told him that there would be little delay . So I just want to inform. He said OK then I asked his name but he was not ready to tell his name and instead cut the call abruptly. I called again but he said one girl and one boy would be at reception. However was not ready to tell his name and said his duty is over. What kind of behaviour it is? I am giving 2 star on the basis of don't care attitude of this male receptionist.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Not only were the rooms nice and clean, but the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Their hospitality added to the overall positive experience Additionally, the food served was also quite good. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The rooms are not well maintained. Also there are water issues. There was suddenly no water in the middle of bath. The service too is delayed. If you ask for something you will get it after a reminder and after half an hour. They conduct maintenance work in the morning at a time when the customers will experience inconvenience. Overall a miserable experience. I am repenting that I have booked for two days.

My stay was ok. The person at the reception was not trained properly. Despite showing my ID card, the corporate discount was not passed. I would like to thank Siddharth for his intervention to pass the discount. The room was with moisture, and the paint was damaged, and there was no view at all. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

My first experience in life with Ginger Hotels specifically FatehGanj Vadodara was miserable. Water suddenly stopped at midnight as well as morning bathing time due to maintenance work. This created an awkward situation and lot of inconvenience. The comod health fosset was not functional at time of arrival. Room service was very late. The rooms are not well-lit. I will try and avoid staying here or recomend Ginger to anybody. Hotels that charge around 1500 per day are even better in service and facilities. Overall a bad customer experience.

I really liked this Hotel The service was damn good! The waiters in the restaurant are very friendly When it comes to room they were damn clean and comfortable. There will be daily room service 24/7 I don't know about the cost because my company paid and I stayed in Hotel for 15 days

Worst hotel around, room had mosquitos and there were insects in the dining area as well , the hotel room looks more like an unkept hostel, and absolutely unreasonable price, recommend not staying here by any means

Ginger Vadodara is located just in front of Saffron Tower and near the Bull Circle. The rooms are well mainited and food is good too. You will also get daily housekeeping. The rooms have all the major amenities that are needed for a comfortable stay.

Looks good especially the reception area and all. But the same standard is not carried over to the rooms. . Rooms need bit more cleaning. Linens didn't look that clean. Food is fine.

I stayed in Ginger from 1st February to 4th February, the hygiene of the hotel was good. While I was having breakfast on day 1, I asked the restaurant staff to serve me warm water which was served immediately, so on day 2 when again I came to have breakfast there was a staff Mr. Sahil who was proactive to ask me whether I need warm water so I was really happy that he remembered. Mr. Suhas taking care of restaurant was very warm and made sure whatever I needed was served immediately, he made sure whatever I was getting is coming directly from the kitchen. The service quality at restaurant was great and keeping small small requirement of the guest in mind and proactively serving to the guest makes them happy which the staff did.

Stayed for 3 days. Clean rooms, good food, cooperative staff, nice location. Restaurant food is delicious. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by too. Reception staff Matin n Neeraj were very welcoming and supportive.

Rooms are excellent. Total value for money. Food quality is also great . Services are nice and Restaurant manager Vivek singh is very humble and polite person . Overall 5 /5 star

Budget hotel with lot of facilities that are routinely required. Nothing fancy. But the hotel needs a lot of upgrading. Breakfast was average at best. Dosa needs a new cook and idlis are better left alone. Chutney was stale. The cut fruits were good. So was poha. So beware of the breakfast. I've stayed at Ginger hotels at Pune and Mangalore, but by comparison this is the least likeable. I had stayed here earlier and was not this bad.

Good hotel but rooms are small and charges are high according to rooms. But good for family and friends. It has basement parking space for 6-8 cars only.location is superb in the heart of city.

The hotel is 15 minutes drive from Vadodara station. There is no need of room service as Restaurant is in the lobby of the hotel. You can take lift and get down and enjoy your food. Restaurant service is awesome. Especially service by Mr Tanwar handling it. He is very coperative . Though hotel closes at 10.30 pm he made arrangement for our dinner at 11 as we had lost energy to walk anymore after days touring.

Good hotel to stay for 1 day as rooms r very small . Windows r sealed. No option to open window. View from room in front side or back side don't hv a great view. Its 2 kms from vadodara railway station n 1 km from sayaji Baugh . U don't get option for lunch n dinner they just say no for separate individual dish to order. They just say go for buffet which we didn't like atall. Menu was set . In breakfast just regular menu like idli , poha, sprouts, Jain pav bhaji. Receiption staff was good n helpful. The service staff splly Mr tukaram is pretty helpfull n was good in handling room related issue. Only draw back is room size n restaurant. The travel desk Mr patel is also helpful to help u out to see near by places at reasonable rates.

Extremely long waiting hours for checkin and check-out More than half the time their system doesn't work either due to slow internet (which is ironic, given it is Gujarat) or due Ginger server issues. Room quality have to improve a lot to meet other Ginger hotels I saw huge rats running around in the area where guests bedding and pillows are stored

I recently stayed at this Ginger Hotel and here is my experience 1. Overall the Hotel is Good and made my stay comfortable 2. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful and feels like newly renovated 3. Hotel staff is good and cooperative especially Mr.Tukaram, Munna and Sahii 4.Had an excellent stay for a week. Great satisfaction with the room the environment and the amazing food. Staff are awesome, friendly and very helpful, especially Mr. Tukaram and his Team Highly recommended.

Nice cossy room for execitives or working people or signle person who want to get fresh n have good night sleep after whole day of work. Staff is good. Room service is good. Room r small little but it is good. Bathroom r spacing clean. No toiletries have to buy n no towels n all. They have resturant down where u can have good food but it is little pricey.

Centrally located. Decent rooms however they need to do some pest control (there more unwanted guests in washroom - insects!). Morning b/f quality can be little better - Vadodara and Gujarat is known for good food !

I have been here for more than a week. I am here for work. The service is terrible and they don't revert back to complains. The wifi never works, the server is always down. They have cut the landline connection. They don't inform if you have any order deliveries on your name. I am currently inside the hotel. I have to reach office in the next 3hours. I could not sleep the entire night. There is a lot of noise. The landline is not working. So I had to search their number on google and call them to adress my problem. I have tried informing them more than 5 times now, still they are not taking any action. This has been the worst experience ever. Cheaper hotels provide better service than Ginger Vadodara RCR.
