Very good stay at Vivanta Vadodara. I had been here on an official visit. Very friendly and courteous staff. Located in the heart of the city. Great ambience. Near and clean rooms which are well maintained. The food is also great. The rates are decent as well. Highly recommended place to stay of you are in Vadodara.

As a dog owner, it was fine at best. The hotel's food was good. However, my dog got anxious and started barking, so they switched out our room to isolate us. We paid for a 2 beds room but these people switched us to a king sized bed room, making it really awkward. Because of that, I didn't like the place.

Excellent service. Very friendly and courteous people at the reception as well as in the restaurant. Great breakfast spread. Well worth getting a package including breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. Will definitely visit again. Memorable stay.

The restaurant is good. However, the service's getting pretty worse. I felt really uncomfortable. I had to change the rooms while my stay there because of the maintenance. And after changing rooms, the water was pretty dirty. But they never apologized, on the contrary, they said "It's because the light is yellow" or "It's because the bathtub was dirty". The people at the reception were always arrogant and lied. I'll never stay here.

The bar is perfect and the service and all the staff are perfect and the bar food and drinks and service are best. Friendly environment enjoyed a lot..Good ambience , loved the cocktails and food variety of dishes available. Quick service and staff is very approachable love to come again.

Stayed here for 2nights ,was upgraded to Deluxe Room with a large balcony on 4th floor #407. Helpful and courteous staff,nice spread of breakfast with varied options. On the flip side,Rooms needs a little uplift as it looks jaded especially lacquering of the furnitures Oveeall very good..Deserve a 5star rating.

Have been here for a family lunch on Saturday. They serve Al a carte in afternoons except Sunday when it is buffet. Good ambience and best is not too crowded. Tables are at sufficient distance, so table talks are easy. Food served was all fresh, lots of accompaniments. Staff very courteous. Pricing is competitive and turns out value for money due to the above factors. Thanks.

Nice hotel in the busy area of Vivanta vadodara , staff like Rajesh at front office very much supportive and courteous Compared to the noise on the street very quiet. Nice and clean rooms. Gym with all the necessary stuff you need in good condition. Great breakfast selections with fresh fruits, eggs and healthy options. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Very disturbing sounds 24/7 in the room which I got, as it was right next to the service room . Food / buffet was good. Room is clean. Stayed for 5 days, didn’t get any quality sleep due to the noise and disturbance. Hot water shower was not working properly. Staff are very friendly. Overall not so good experience

Sales Manager Aditya is very unprofessional towards his responsibility, hardly he receives customer calls and answers back. Management needs to pay attention to this for the development of hotel business. Due to Aditya's behavior, the visiting guests face trouble and feel embarrassed.

It was a wonderful experience @ Vivanta. The property proved its worth in terms of courteous staff, good food and safety protocols for COVID. Also, not to forget the timely help provided, specially by the Manager, to accommodate a group of 26 at a very short notice. All the best.

Loved my stay here. Good location. Very comfortable and large rooms. Great amenities. Since the pool was closed, loved using the steam room. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was ordinary.

I didn't stay here as a guest. One function was organised here and I attended the function. I will write review based on the function. The staff were really good and they were apt in their services. What caught my attention was their soft skills and the way they treated the guests was really professional yet elegant. The hotel is also in an ideal location and has parking space for guests. The food prepared was really good and amazing. All the arrangements done were really good.

I visited the place during independence day and had enjoyed the stay at Vivantha. Hotel staff was quite welcoming and mindful of the needs of the guest. There was flag hoisting in the hotel and all guests were personally given the invitation of the same. Overall it was a great experience. Also hotel location is very good, statue of unity was about 2 hours drive from the hotel.

Hotel rooms are neat and clean. Banquet hall service was quite upset us as hall was booked till 12:00 am, so they just switched off all lights and asked us to come outside. We ask them to give 10 min more for photoshoot but they said they will charge more. Other than that their food was too tasty.

I had a dinner at the restaurant with my family. Restaurant is not so big. But the staff and there service is superb. Food was good lot of varities to have. Live counters was also there. In that also there were 4 varities of live dish. As winter is going i missed hot jalebi in sweet.
