The check-in process didn't take that much time & the front desk staff was friendly, more efficient & said warm welcome & when we asked for any information regarding hotel facilities & services they had given a prompt response & explained clearly & paper didn't take that much time. The rooms are well maintained with all amenities, clean & hygiene & the interior is also good & well maintained. The HK staff ensured to keep the Rooms clean & tidy with good fragrance the entire day. The restaurant was also good & impressive. This hotel is on my permanent go-to list whenever I plan to visit Vadodara again. The 2days spent here was amazing not just because of the well maintained rooms and very helpful staffs but also the delicious food in the restaurant.

Rooms are spacious, service is a bit slow which can be improved. Location is very near to the railway station so anyone can walk to the hotel. Restaurant price is a bit on the higher side so try to avoid it. Better go to the restaurants near station and you can get food at reasonable price.

Hotel Oasis is good. Specially thanks to Rakesh ji... Banquet manager, supported well. As per Rakesh ji word ... hotel team staff immediately taking action, thank you so much Rakesh ji. Mike and speaker facilities poor. One person specially from starting to end not available. We used our big screen projector... operater available. Display movement facilities very poor because no way to go in basement, we have heavy material 60kgs and below.

Maintenance of Room door locks nees more attention. If persons visit for some good occasion and need to extend some more hours like 1 or 2 hours, then should be allowed with minimal charges. Rest all services and food are excellent 👌👍

Stayed in this hotel in April 22. Reservation was smooth. Rooms spacious. Silent and clean. Breakfast excellent with specialization in service. Overall price is little high Rooms can and should be more maintained

Room are clean and hygiene. Location also good as it was walkable distance to railway station and lots of food options are there near by. Complimentary Breakfast also good and many options are there to eat. I visited in May month and swimming pool was not operating and it is very small so don't book this after seeing swimming pool as it is very small only for kids it is ok.

I had an excellent stay at hotel Oasis. The ambiance is fantastic and breathtaking. The hospitality provided was beyond my imagination. Would recommend this property anytime.

Location is very good as it is close to railway station. The room is good. They serve fine amount of variety in breakfast buffet. They make idli, utpam, vada, bread butter, tea, sambhar, chutney, fruits, canned juice. They can work on the tidyness of beddings. I had to ask them to change my pillow cover and bedsheets.. They were stained. Rest the service, food and room is apt as per the charges.

Absolutely shocking behavior from staff. I travelled all the way from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I had made a reservation over phone 2 days in advance and they had confirmed. I had then asked them what all documents they might require, and they had said just my passport and visa would be sufficient. I arrived at the hotel at around 3 am and was really tired after nearly 24 hours of travel. When I went to the counter for checkin, the guy there said that there was a seal missing from my passport. He showed me the copy of a US passport where there was an e-visa seal, which mentioned a date of exit from India. I explained to him that for Bangladeshi passports, a proper visa is issued and there is a date of expiry mentioned on it, which is 1 year from now. Also, my passport had a departure seal from Dhaka Airport and an arrival seal at New Delhi Airport. But he kept insisting that the seal he was showing must be there on my passport. How come they let me into the country without the seal then? This was my 4th visit to India and I have never faced an issue like this. The guy literally put me out on the street, in the rain and I had to wander the streets dragging along my heavy luggage in search of a different hotel. This was incredibly difficult given the time and not all hotels were accepting foreigners. I also had a really important business visit in the morning at 9 am outside Vadodara city. I was lucky to get help from an auto-rickshaw driver, otherwise God knows what would’ve happened. I did not have any credit or data on my SIM, so could not call anyone or check maps. I finally found this other hotel that did accept foreigners, and they gave me a room after noting details from my passport and visa, no questions asked. I have no clue what was the reason behind such behavior, but this incident, I will forever remember. If you want to run a hotel, the basic foundation of which is hospitality, treat people better and hire staff that are at the least educated in basic etiquette. The day this happened was 13 September, 2022 at around 3 am in the morning.

The location of the hotel is very close to railway station and there are lot many hotels that are close by. One can actually get lost in the list of hotels. It's walkable distance from station. Secondly the rooms are decent enough and also the room service is good . The staff were kind enough and also the room were well maintained. Talking about the food l, it was pretty average in the afternoon when we had and the night food was actually tasty. So please try at your own risk. Rest the hotel is good.

Hotel was good. Although the architecture/construction was pretty old. But the staff was very polite. I gave this rating because the wifi was not working and I had to move to a different hotel. But overall the hotel was good. And the location is also easily accessible.
