    Pathetic experience in this hotel. Food quality and taste was not good. WiFi and phone was not working, very unprofessional. When I entered the room the side table was missing, rooms are very compact and small. the interior of the room is so inconvenient. The wordrobe was in the washroom. I got the room on 3rd floor, the room key was not working properly, many times we had to go to the receptionist to reactivate the key. Only one lift was working. I stayed there for 3 days but they did not bother about our struggle and didn't repair the 2nd lift. We were more than 50 people stayed for conference purpose. besides us there were other guests too who were also complaining about the same. The sound system was not working properly. They misbehaved with our 3 colleuges during the check out process. Worst experience ever such branded Hotel. I won't recommend this Hotel to my friends, family and colleagues.

    We had a stay of one night at Ginger RCR, Vadodara. Let me start from the beginning- 1. The whole one day and one night we stayed there, the room key was not working. So each time we wanted to enter the room we had to depend on floor assistant to open the door of our room for us. 2. Hot water is not consistent in room. Everytime you need hot water, call up the reception and they switch on the geyser for you!!! 3. In my friend's room, internal phone was not working. 4. The rooms are of not that great quality according to price charged. Although the staff was courteous, the owners need to renovate the room and hotel.

    Rooms are small and we're not clean. Water was not there for one day in the room. Conference hall arrangement was not good. Due to poor mice system all participants faced difficulties to understand all the important sessions. Food arrangement was mix for other hotel customers and us so could not managed well by Hotel management. WiFi facility was not working in room and conference hall too. Will not prefer this hotel again.

    Room was too small. No proper water facility in toilet and bathroom...in fact warm water is not their in shower....bhatroom not in good condition. Air condition is not working properly. No cleanliness in room as well as in lobby. Room service is too bad and not in a quick response. Food was good but same menu is repeated which create less intrest. Overall it was very bad service and not a good experience. As Ginger is known for his good quality services in hotel industry....but price is not worth which we pay for 3 days stay. I have experience stay in sanad Ginger earlier which is very good. But vadodara is worst Ginger.

    My recent stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience. Despite the hotel's reputable brand name, I encountered numerous issues during my stay. Firstly, there was no Wi-Fi available, which made it difficult to stay connected with work. Additionally, the intercom was not working, which made it difficult to communicate with the hotel staff. The water drainage in the room was also problematic, causing inconvenience during my stay. To add to my frustration, the food at the hotel lacked taste and quality. The management appeared to be poorly organized and unresponsive to guest complaints. Overall, I found the service and amenities offered at this hotel to be below standard. In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The hotel management should take serious steps to improve their facilities and services to meet the expectations of their guests.

    An harrowing experience that has absolutely left me with no words to describe the ordeal that I had to go through. A group of 55-60 of us were booked at Ginger Vadodara RCR for an official meeting. The terms of the business was spoken to the Hotel Management and detailed itinerary was shared well in advance. It's obvious when a big group checks in from different locations the hotel needs to provide with assistance and also plan in advance how they would accommodate their guests. The first shocker that I had got was when I first checked-in and I was allocated a tripple sharing room, the receptionist and belldesk staff were unaware of how would they accommodate me in the hotel. The second shocker was when I opened the door of the room, the room actually got over even before I could enter in it. It was so small and claustrophobic that I had to run out of the room to find some space to unwind. In most of the rooms the TV was not working, AC not in a working condition and unavailability of the house keeping department. The third shocker was when I saw, tasted and ate the food that was being served. The hotel staff was never ready and never able to satiate our hunger. Reasons for which were the chafing dishes were almost empty and needed a refill and they would run out of food, the deserts were absolutely tasteless and inspite of many requests were not served with the choice of food which was expected to be served and constant repetition of the food items. The fourth shocker was when we reached the banquet, it was dark and dingy and noisy. None of us lost our cool as we wanted to help the management to pull their socks and get their show right. But as days progressed problems kept coming with no solutions. Eg: A sound system was expected to be in place and functional; the mike kept going off and all the participants had to take extra efforts to listen to the speaker. The cherry on the cake was when I and my two female colleagues wanted to leave the premises after our stay we were haggled and were not allowed to leave the premises. We three had to board a 11:10PM train from Vadodara and we were not allowed to leave till 10:56PM. Mistreatment in terms of the receptionist raising his voice, the Hotel Manager speaking on high decibels, and obstructing us from leaving the premises. The ruckus led to other guests watching and making us all more uncomfortable. I was asked to deposit initially and later jotted details of my Credit Card and aadhar card along with my CVV number to let me leave the premises. The hotel manager had promised my office that no unauthorised transactions would be done using my credentials, yet was done in the middle of the night. All in all, this brand which doesn't know to deal with clients need to send their staff back to some training school and also provide them with rudeness pills. This experience has forced me to think several times the next time I think of booking from the IHCL group. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO STAY HERE.

    Most unprofessional and worst experience ever had in Ginger race course road baroda hotel. We were group size of around 50-55 office team members. Rooms will not equipped with anything's. Room service was pathetic. Food wasn't good. They held our 3 staff while check out and asked to do payment and threatened them. Highly dissatisfied

    This is a very well-known place for staying in vadodara. The hotel is well built and the staff is quite friendly. I've also been here on different occasions and the service for events like marriage or reception is okayish. About the food, it is fresh and yummy and so is the price for it. Was visiting a friend staying up there at late night and I wasn't allowed to go to his room and the person on reception was really rude.

    Great stay!! While we all plan a holiday what we keep in mind is to relax and rejuvenate. This place is exactly that helps you in that. We enjoyed the property so much. Rooms are very spacious, food was delicious!!And nice to meet Biswajit , He always help to guest in any problem.

    Excellent location, humble and polite staff - receptionist Ms. Krishna helped with booking so as to have the best room allotment. Also, Mr. Yogesh Rawat served well taking care of our well being. The only drawback is the bathroom - hot water issue and bit congested

    Very poor property. Stinks in lobby and rooms, very old property needs renovation. Neither valet nor proper parking space. Manager was extremely rude and even reception staff didn't have time to entertain guests. There are better hotels in same or lesser price range. Only location is okay.

    Pathetic service.. they offered unclean room without checking .. Room are not getting unlock with card. .multiple time reception visit .. Every time they offered new smart card which didn't work , and then unlock room with keys .. Only food is good .. Stay rm no 306 ..

    Nice cossy room for execitives or working people or signle person who want to get fresh n have good night sleep after whole day of work. Staff is good. Room service is good. Room r small little but it is good. Bathroom r spacing clean. No toiletries have to buy n no towels n all. They have resturant down where u can have good food but it is little pricey.

    This is one of the better hotels in Vadodara. The amenities offered are good, the food is good too. The cleanliness was however lacking. The bed sheets were having oil marks on them. The room sizes are also just sufficient for 2. Overall a good experience.

    Stayed in the hotel recently in Room No.202. The check-in took more than 25 minutes to complete. The room that was allotted was not cleaned and I could see newspaper thrown around, used water bottles, used soap, dusty floor etc., Further, the door of the big window was dangerously opening to outside without any grills or protection. In spite of my reminders to the reception / maintenance team they never cared to rectify. The main door lock system was not working and every time I had to open the main door , they used send somebody with the master key. There was not hot water available in the evening as well as in the morning. it was just lukewarm. Maintenance is just horrible, and I am surprised that, Ginger Hotel belongs to Tata Enterprises.

    Rooms are small. It was given only one digital key to open room and electricity. AC will shut off and guest don't remember to turn on AC everytime. Iron board, safe or iron are not in room. Lobby carpet was extremely dirty and very poor lighting. Wash basin sink had cracks. Wifi didn't work. Morning breakfast was good. Many of the items were repeated. Like fresh watermelon 🍉 juice methi water ajwain water idli. Limited selection of bread only one type of jam for both days. When a guest is living more than two days guest need change. Omlette was good. Lunch was very good. Good Punjabi dishes included. Salad was good.

    Wonderful place, wonderful people , awesome food. Thank you Ginger for the warm reception accorded to me. The restaurant manager and staff were really kind and helpful. I will definitely check in again when I visit next time.

    Spending Food is waste of money. Even they force us for buffet and offer some discount for worst food in Vadodara. Even if you tell in reception no action. Will not suggest anyone.

    Although it has got clean and quiet, tidy rooms, Wifi provided is pathetic here. It doesn't get connected and if connected, it goes off within a few minutes. Even after complaining twice for rectification of same and inspite of assurances, it wasn't working. Room air conditioning also wasn't working properly. Electrical sockets (which is already a scarcity in the room), was broken, and hence couldn't accomodate /hold the charger.

    I find hotel needs lots of mintainance. 1. In the conference Air conditioning was not working. 2. Room keys are not working so you need to go repeatedly to reception. Or you need to wait in front of your room. 3. Lift buttons are not working. 4. TV in the room was not working. 5. There is no hot water available in bathroom. 6. Breakfast was worst. Tasteless food.

    Stayed for 4 nights with family | 10-14 April (1st Night in Superior Deluxe Room and later upgraded to Executive Room) Hotel Rooms need a good fix so giving only 2 Stars here ! (Bathroom exhaust doesn't work in all rooms on the entire second floor so be ready to smell your potty. Also, No plastic partition for shower so be ready to have all the water on the bathroom floor. And in our upgraded Executive Room, BathTub water flowed out into bedroom but were lucky not to have our stuff spoiled) Restaurant is very good so 4 Stars ! (No sweet Sambhar thus catering to all types of visitors - Although It was funny when chef says It ain't watermelon season when we pointed that Juice was mixed with water, was replaced with Mixed Fruit juice promptly)
