The
entrance
to
the
hotel
is
weird.
From
the
car
drop
one
has
to
climb
up
about
10
very
steep
steps
to
reach
the
reception
area.
Am
not
sure
how
people
with
mobility
will
manage
There
was
quite
a
bit
of
confusion
during
check
in.
The
rate
at
which
I
booked
was
lower
than
the
rate
the
hotel
was
aware
off.
It
took
some
time,
cajoling
and
proof
to
make
the
lady
at
the
reception
understand,
take
note
and
act
upon
it.
The
room
was
definitely
nice.
Spacious
with
a
nice
work
table
,
good
wardrobe.
I
loved
the
bathroom
for
its
sheer
size
and
a
large
separate
shower
section.
Some
of
the
posters
in
the
bathroom
caught
my
attention
too
and
I
appreciate
the
effort
the
hotel
has
been
doing
to
conserve
water.
Eg
the
hotel
request
to
use
the
same
towel
during
the
stay,
use
less
water
during
shower
(
people
trend
to
use
200
litres
more
in
hotel),
half
glass
of
water
served
in
restaurant
etc.
I
would
really
want
them
to
stop
using
plastic
bottle
in
the
room.
Hope
it
would
happen
soon
The
pillow
quality
was
excellent
,
AC
in
good
condition
and
thus
I
had
a
great
sleep
quality
after
enjoying
a
noisy
procession
outside
the
hotel
premises
in
the
middle
of
the
night.
Thus
the
location
is
something
I
would
not
recommend.
I
was
taken
aback
that
the
authorities
do
allow
such
procession
with
enormous
sound
even
after
11
pm.
The
breakfast
was
standard
like
any
Lemon
tree.
The
chef
was
kind
and
kept
insisting
to
try
something
else
as
I
am
a
minimalistic
eater.
Overall
I
got
value
for
money
but
have
provided
less
rating
due
to
location(
procession),
stairs
to
reception,
goof
up
at
check
in
to
name
few
