Visited its restaurant once. Such a great ambiance and interior designs. Amazing photo spots. Had variety of food in buffet with amazing taste!!!……Full 3 course meal. The staff was extremely skilled, soft spoken and friendly, helped us throughout our dinner with the things we needed. Fast service. Might face parking issues.

The hotels security and housekeeping SUCKS - we experienced irresponsible and irresponsive behaviour by staff and attempted thefts. We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Alkapuri Vadodara as part of wedding guests party. Many of us came across incidences of attempted thefts by house-keeping staff who used to enter the rooms on pretext of changing towels or cleaning the bin when guests were not in the room. One was caught red-handed as he was inside the room on pretext of changing towels with the room door shut and lights off. He was nowhere near the bathroom and did not have any towels in his hand. He was caught suspiciously hovering near the table where the purse and wallet had been rummaged and cash was lying out. When caught he grabbed an already empty bin and an used towel saying he has come to clean the bin and change towels. One of the guest's Ray-Ban sunglasses have gone missing from the room. We also faced irresponsive behaviour by housekeeping and hotel staff. There was water on the floor where the breakfast buffet was laid and one of the guest slipped and fell and hit his head. When we requested the front desk staff present their for ice, they just nonchalantly waited there for the housekeeping person to come. Also we requested them to get the water mopped, so that no one else should slip. For 10 minutes nobody bothered to mop the floor and they said the housekeeping would come and do it. Finally one of the guests used the tissues on the surrounding tables and started mopping - that is when the housekeeping arrived to mop the floor. Food quality was also not upto the mark. The south indian dishes - especially the medu wada and dosa tasted as if there was a lot of soda added to the batter. Rooms and dressing area are very dimly lit - making it difficult to get ready or do make-up

Stayed with family and reminded staff several times to have rooms cleaned and have towels changed but took whole day to have it done. I checked out of the hotel with all bills paid and the Hotel Manager rings me several times during the day asking me to pay more for the rooms which they mis calculated and on top of that they asking me to pay more taxes for laundry which the staff again forgot to add to my bill. Ridiculous service and was my second time at the hotel. I don’t think I will use this hotel again and recommend others to keep away from it.

Decent rooms in this price point. Quality of food is quite bad, unprofessional service if they improve food quality l, it can be decent stay for value of money

This hotel in Alkapuri is amazing. From food to hospitality, they have maintained the standard and are doing justice to the brand. The food is simple yet delicious. The staff is very courteous and they take care of the guests personally. Two of the best staff were Mr. Ankit and Mr. Sushant. I mention their name because of the service and courteous nature and true justice they do to the hospitality industry. Thank you Hampton, Alkapuri and Mr. Sushant and Mr. Ankit for making my stay delightful.

I have attended a small conference here. Hall was very small. Post conference there was a dinner. But for the crowd of 50 people there was only one counter placed. Though the food was good but service was extremely slow!!! Some time bowl were finished and some time plates!!! The arrangement was very bad! People had to stand in queue! Food items were refilled but not up to their 1st serving! Hotel interior is good. Probably their restaurant might be ok! But management was very poor! We had to take google support to find this hotel in alkapuri like area! No proper signboard! For poor management I am cutting stars!

I have been staying here for the last 3 weeks and this place is magnificent! I don’t know why it has a low rating! I’m from Arizona USA and the staff is amazing from Sanjeev, to the breakfast lady, Milan,Om,Deval are awesome people! Makes you feel like home!!! The beds are comfortable and location is prime everything is nearby!!1000% going to stay here again! Everyone is Awesome and the food is GREAT! I have stayed in many hotels here and this TOPS them all!

It was a good stay here and it was my second visit in the same hotel. Staff here is very polite and rooms are neat and clean. Rates are also not much high. In all good experience.

Really good stay, hotel staff is really helpful and on point service. You will be treated like a VIP, if you're arranging an event based stay, you can bargain your way they have multiple options to choose from. Our stay was pleasant and small here and there was fixed ASAP.

Although not very big, comfortable room. The arrangement is neat and clean. Breakfast spread is okay but meets the needs. Swimming pool is small and suitable for kids (albeit under adult supervision). Location is central. Slightly overpriced, but if you get good deals on travel apps then it's worth the stay.

Poorly trained staff... New recruitment in the peak wedding season is a norm. Most such new recruits have very little experience of handling guests. They gain experience On Job Training... However, the management, particularly the floor manager should pay more attention to the personal grooming and hygiene of newly inducted staff... One expected better standard from The Hilton

We attended a function at upper hall. Inside ambiance5/5, services 3/5, parking5/5,food quality 4/5 Happy feeling. But cost is little on higher side.Visited rooms looking good. Services need to improve. Counter staff good.

Room is good and hygin, breakfast is also good. We have choose this hotel due to Swimming pool but water is so bed that can't we use. If you want to swim and use it, don't book this hotel otherwise hotel is ok.

I went to the hotel on bike and the security personnel on the gate very rudely told me to park the bike outside on the road. What is the use of such a big hotel if you do not have the parking for your guest and this is the way they treat their customers. After dining when we demanded the lukewarm water for the handwash the waiter rudely told to use the wash basen although the lukewarm water was available and he brings it when we keep insisting. This is their Hospitality.

Rooms though clean could do with an upgrade, the pillows are quite firm, could be softer, reduce use of bottled water by providing RO water and also provide guests with Indian black if requested

Nice ambience, cooperative & well behaved staff, Good location, Multiple mouth watering variety of food at Affordable price. Very good place to stay, co-oprate meetings and for official get together. Sufficient parking space, wheelchair accessible entry. Walking distance from railway station. A must visit place.

Not happy with the shower not having hot water. Shower door leaks water on the outside floor which makes it so horribly dirty and very unsafe to walk. Breakfast sitting area person not so friendly. Need more friendlier approach.

I stayed at this Hilton property during 7th-10th March. Felt location is very good for dining, visiting around the city, staff is very helpful and free breakfast is reasonably good. My room 315 shower faucet was broken and almost fell on my leg. Sink faucet was loose and difficult to operate. I wish house keeping does routine check after every check out. Reason, they don’t provide daily cleaning post covid.

This place is really not living up to its name. Everything was terrible. Sorry! Rooms are old and gloomy. Food was the worst I had on my whole trip. I stayed 3 day and couldn’t wait to leave the place. I stayed at this hotel before in 2011 and it was a different hotel.

Can expect some mosquito problem at night time. The swimming pool is useless. Delicious complimentary breakfast is provided for all. Except some cons, I highly recommend this hotel to all.

I chose this property being a Hilton Honors member without even looking at other hotels in the city. From a 3 star point of view the hotel is quite good with clean rooms and timely service. It's a small 3 storey property with 1 big/accessible room at each floor. Other rooms we felt are small however should be ok for a short stay. They only have Queen beds across all the rooms. Housekeeping staff was professional and very friendly right from the beginning. Buffet breakfast was ok with good variety of local and continental food. Hotel location is not that good as it has no view , not even city view as its surrounded by buildings. However, it's in the center of the city, very near to the railway station and all other attractions including major restaurants.

Some staff members were excellent some others not so much. Lobby and breakfast area have undergone significant modernization recently but the rooms are still crying for refurbishment. But with a reasonable pricing it was quite a good selection.

Rooms were good. Room service were prompt, club sandwich was average ! First good brand I have seen where front desk staff doesn't Greet, Thank, nor check on how my stay was! The bacon and sausage in the break fast buffet..was cold and not sure if they were fresh. It's fantastic brand in the mid segment, can be much better....

Worst hotel in my Experience till now. No privacy in the hotel... Someone has recorded video in the lobby and when we complaint about it then none of the staff members supported along with the manager. They denied to check cctvs.. Worst hotel never go for it.

Stands upto the brand value of Hilton. They are so honest and sincere that they took care to specially call us after checking out about a credit card left at the room.i highly appreciate the integrity of the employees.

The hotel is within the city limit, close to the main attractions and airport. The hotel is under renovation at the moment, a bit messy around. But room was clean and comfortable. Staff and service was good. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel, especially Sweta at the restaurant. She is very active and always served with a smile. Breakfast was good, but Dinner was not that good. Overall it was a good stay. The hotel is okay for a short stay.

The room which I stayed in was sombre with dull lightings and dark beige color. The room didn't have any cupboard to hang the clothes but just a rod stuck underneath a wooden plank. The shower in washroom was antique and without hot water. The in room dining & house keeping were very prompt and courteous though with good food & other requests served on time. The breakfast was very average again. It took too long to serve something as basic as Tea at 730 in morning. Overall, mediocre stay... nothing too wrong but definite points to improve

Coming from a reputed hotel and the noodles were thick, gooey and spicy - exactly what you find at a roadside laari. We have made some party with friends theirs and booked a banquet hall and arranged buffet their. I found overall food was very good except few items out of which few they improved post asking for change. I must say their cream of broccoli soup was superb. I found they have limited parking space Overall good experience.

This hotel is located in Alkapuri. You do not find cabs easily, autos works better here. You will find shops and showrooms nearby. The hotel staff was very polite and Room service was also very good. They clean your room everyday. The rooms were also clean and hygienic. The complimentary breakfast and overall food was very good. It is recommended if you are traveling to Vadodara.
