I didn't stay at the hotel. Or rather, I wasn't allowed to. I booked via Agoda where they don't state their policy clearly. On calling the agent, they asked for money. Which I paid. On calling the property, they refused to check us in. And now they refuse to refund the money. Extremely rude behaviour from the staff, insensible and definitely not worthy of being part of the hospitality industry as they're the furthest thing from "hospitable".

Very worst in cleaning, hygiene, not recommended. Low offering cost doesn't mean u keep rooms unhygienic, bed n room full of dust, broken toilet seats etc. Basics need to maintain. Sorry but would not like to visit again if this is scenario

Below budget hotel. Only good for couples or another alternate for oyo room . Property too old require quick makeover.

Decent rooms for the price... But they need to work on washrooms .they need to fix the taps..when turned on..they start to leak..and they had limited supply of towels that day as hotel was fully booked..so they need to ensure atleast everyone gets toiletries.. Luckily i had extra towel in my luggage ..

They r not taking online booking and are charging more on arrival. Asking to cancel the online booking and book through them to which they are charging more

Very Bad Service. After booking room through Booking.com, they charged more saying will not have room for booking.com, if I wish to stay, have to pay more money. I reached there early morning around 3:00 or 4:00am and I had no choice to pay more that time.

Near to Vadodara Railway Station. Cooperative staff,worth stay at Vadodara. One can visit all the famous site in Vadodara from this hotel.

It's centrally located near to railway station at a walking distance. However the rooms are not well maintained, though they are spacious. Bit of maintenance is required for the property

They took my booking online and when I reached the hotel, they denied saying no room was available. I suggest don't believe online booking

Nice and very supportive behaviour by owner. Neat and clean place and very peaceful environment. Nearby city station. Perfect place for a family to stay with.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The AC room was comfortable and well-maintained, but the non-AC room was disappointing. The fan in the non-AC room was not working at full speed, especially during humid weather conditions, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the inconsistency in room quality was a letdown.

The hotel is very nice and a very good option for the family people and if you are students then you can opt for the single budgeted friend.the staff are very friendly and having the very nice option for rooms.The food is not available in the hotel need to manage in the outside.very budgeted for the students and other people coming from different locations can have a stay in the hotel.

Location is good because railway station and bus station near by situated the hotel and comparatively low price

Yuck hotel.. depressing egoistic monster people on reception.. I felt like slapping them hard to teach them a lesson. Especially the guy with moustaches. Bad smelling rooms .. untidy bedsheets... Phone not working. Ruined my whole stay.
