Rooms lack cleanliness. Spider web and dampness on the roof wall is prominent. I guess the property is still recovering from the COVID losses. But they need to proper clean up their rooms and a little makeover will do great job for business to increase

Smelly rooms, flies around, they kept the main doors open so that they dont have to run ACs in reception lobby, no AC working in restaurant, just poori-bhaji and bread-jam in so called complimentary breakfast, stained bathrooms, broken toilet seat and faucets, had to ask for basic facilities. Wont recommend to anyone. They need to maintain basic standards of hospitality.

I'm so glad for a excellent rooms and services. Also I recommend to those persons who doing work in corporate sector, select this hotel for batter experience.

Worst hotel booking ever. Hotel Canceled my booking 2hrs before checkin n said they will not be able to accommodate me with the price I booked in. I luckily checked with goibibo about the same n they quickly booked another room within an hour. Please don't expect anything from this hotel. No prior intimation. I didn't want to put any stars but then had to rate it 1*

The building and looks are good. Service is not up to mark. If no hotel is available we can go here. That's it at reasonable cost May be after covid, the cost cutting policy of hotel owners done so. No restaurant within. Need to go 200 to 500 m outside

It's a good clean and pocket friendly hotel. The food is good. Staff is polite and respectful. I would recommend this hotel to stay.

Finally got a new room with cleanish beddings. It seems the hotel does not bedsheets that go under the mattress. But at least it is better than sleeping on a slept bed. Many thanks for the staff.

The staff was not cooperative at all😠. They didn't negotiate anything . They were not ready to understand anything . The staff was little rude . The hotel premises is bad so don't go for right .

Commited a mistake by choosing this hotel to stay, no service of Breakfast.,no ventilations in room. My friend stays for a night but not having a memorable experience. Will not recommend this again

Hotel Veronica at Vadodara was good. Staff very cooperative but cleanliness & hygiene not upto standard.

Very poor. Location it self is not good. fish market is just 200 meter far. Not so good hotel. Rooms are not clean, crust on the wall, lighting also not so proper. Bathrooms as well stinking and not clean, rotted taps and jet spray. Not so proper service to guest. Married couples needs to have handy with there ID or mrg certificate or mrg photos. Broken curtain pipes. And if you compain to reception that you will give ratings for their hotel, he will say no problem sir. No regret on his face.

Though rooms were small but comfortable. Bathrooms looked like very normal. Servise was awesome. Hotel staff was very cooperative and very quick too.

They will help you in every situation during your stay whether its travel planning or something else. - Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. - location is good, near to Vadodara junction railway station. - Breakfast is good Things you should keep in mind before checking in Double check the booking and payment with the hotel by calling if you are booking from online, Oyo or somewhere else. Things needs to improve. Lighting in room is low for the night, in day time a large window is enough for lighting but in night the lighting is a bit less. - Bathroom sanitary items needs to be matined, some doesn't work that well. Overall a great experience staying in this hotel. Highly recommended.

Rooms are clean but, 🛌 bed size is very small (length) difficult for heightened peoples to accommodate. Behavior of manager mr.patel is fantastic. Kind and supportive person. Overall good experience.

Worst hotel ever . All the reviews are fake here guys - dont fool yourself. The staff charged me for the damage of things which i didnt even touch . The staff is rude and abusive . I use to book stays for my employees and this was the first time i stayed there . Never contacting the hotel again !

From the remote of the TV to jet sprayer of bathroom, nothing was working. We availed all inclusive plan which is most costliest in the hotel, in that also nothing was clarified before and when we paid 100% advance, we were told that dinner is of chef choice only. Pathetic experience.

Pocket friendly but looks & property exterior is Insta worthy. Double height luxury looking AC lobby . Front desk staff helpful & prompt in attending call. Breakfast also scrumptious.

This was an extremely charming , elegant hotel with best rooms. The receptionist Ms. Jaydisha Soni was extremely helpful and welcoming. Beautiful hotel located hardly any distance from the Railway station (approx 500m) very friendly staff especially Sneharsh. Very cooperative and accommodating people. You will people 100% safe in the hotel. The best part is the pricing. It gives you great luxury at a very little price. I love this place and for all my future visits to Vadodara this place is my fixed stay place. The rooms don't offer you a view though since it's surrounded by building on both sides but it's ok

Sorry to say but worst experience last night No proper room service Wifi not received after too many follow up,ac wasnot working,no water in bathroom,even water wasn not provided during breakfast No more a regular customer.

The Location is good. Food is tasty. We had group of 22 people.Each concern was well taken care of. The only concern is the lift which may stop at any abrupt moment. Luckily no senior citizen from our group got stuck otherwise it may serious health issue. Athough they got it working in 10 mins but this happened twice.

We celebrated our farewell party at the hotel. Had an amazing time and loved the hospitality. The manager was very humble and helped us through the entire thing. The staff were courteous enough to work with us even till the last minute to the party. Absolutely recommended to anyone who wishes to host small or big events. The venue is superb.

I booked from Oyo but when i go there they demanded extra money for booking

Located quite close to Railway station and Bus station. Adjacent to the Jetalpur bridge, next to Himalaya Cancer Hospital. Good spacious rooms. Have a lift/ Elevator. Clean and neat. Courteous staff and management. In house restaurant serves good tasty food, prices bit on the higher side. Good size bathroom. All amenities working perfectly. Enjoyed our three days stays. Close proximity to historic Places.

Good Hotel. GOOD service. I am thankful to manager and team for the quick dinner and tea at 1am after we stepped in late in the hotel . Morning breakfast was also good. Hygiene is well maintained and staff cooperated well. Service was good.

Clean and Silent room. Food taste - 3/5. Washroom needs more cleanliness. Stayed in room no. 104 on 23rd July. Overall stay good. It would have been better if washroom were more more hygienic. Anyway this place is better than Hotel Avista.
