Perfect hotel for corporate and family stay. Rooms are spacious with all amenities. Food served is in ample quantity and tasty and very much well priced as they don’t charge service charges. The buffet breakfast was also great with many varieties . Highly recommended.

Value For Money. Awesome location and Hospitality was also top class. There was issue with one room and they were really accommodating and changed the room quickly and provided a great one. Staff was polite, cleanliness was spot on and there are no complaints. Food was also delicious. Breakfast can be improved rest all good.

Rimpy, front desk receptionist was absolute disgrace to the hospitality industry. She needs to be taught behavioral skills and how to be humble with guests. If you have an attitude problem, go find another job. Hotel room was great, other staff was great. Special mention to a trainee Mr Srivastava. He made our stay pleasant. He was very nice. Management must talk to this person Rimpy. Even the day after, the morning of our checkout, she did not have the guts to make eye contact and say hello. Ridiculous! Never seen this before. Rimpy took our passport picture and OCI card picture from her personal phone because it took a while for the emails to show up in hotel’s inbox. She taunted one of the guests, “have you not travelled with NRIs before?”. Also to us, “You are not the only foreigners that visited our hotel”. This was absolutely shocking. Hope she changes her behavior or finds another job!!

Had a training there organized by my company. Ambience of training hall was good. Food was great. Dining experience was great too! Loved multi-cuisine restaurant there. Just had little suggestions for breakfast served to us! It can be improved upon. And few healthy breakfast options can be improved too.

One of the best hotels in Vadodara. I liked the stay here. Staff behaviour was also very gentle. Food was ok. I would love to stay in this hotel again when I will visit Vadodara next time.

The staff here were not at all helpfull we checked in at the hotel with no chauffeur to park the car no one to keep our luggage in our respective rooms. I was also asked to make the payment during check out although we showed them the confirmation on the payment made by the ITC group website.

Good hotel for industry people. 4 wheeler parking issue may face. Enough space for 2 wheeler. Meeting hall, function hall, dining is good. About food quality is average... many times they serve old sandwitch. Ambience wise it's good.

Nice place to stay in Vadodara for Business trip. Well connected to city, in-room dining services prompt, good behaviour at front desk. However, breakfast menu could be expanded! Overall, perfect for a short trip with value for money proposition!

It is conveniently located well built hotel with well appointed rooms, courteous, well behaved staff and good amount of parking space. Bed,linen and toiletry are also matching fortune brand. Just stayed for a night but overall a good experience.

Staff was very polite. Mr Harsh Sodha at front desk was very helpful. Over all 4/5 stars because of the ramp at the entrance was not accessible easily for wheelchair, would suggest the hotel to fix it.

Fortune inn new property at baroda. Opp side of taj hotel. Stayed here for two night tried room service and morning breakfast. Both experience was good. In room service we ordered panner sabji tava roti biriyani and some dessert. Food was really good. They maintain itc group name. Rooms are very beautiful and very net and clean. 100/100 for rooms Morning breakfast spread was good. Almost everything was there in breakfast. Very present stay here. Service and staff both are good. Love to visit this place again soon.

Rooms are good, food quality is also good and at a very competitive price. I stayed for 2 days but there was issue with wifi connection which was not resolved in 2 days. But hotel staff helped with alternate way to connect to wifi. Location of the hotel is little away from center of the city.

The restaurant is amazing with a hospitable staff and delicious food. Moreover, it is budget friendly. I ordered panner butter masala and mix veg which was lip-smacking. Also, do try their strawberry mocktail.

It's a good hotel and has a name across India. This one particularly had smaller rooms, but was well equipped and clean. Cleanliness and a spic and span hotel matters to a good experience for our family. Improvement areas - the steep ramp to climb up. While this is good for vehicles and may be wheelchair friendly, they need to have stairs for people to climb up. The way these ramps are built, one is likely to slip and fall down and fall prey to injuries, which should be avoided for sure. Have a ramp plus stairs is my suggestion. Another key improvement area is the glass that separates the bathing area and the room. One can see through this glass inside although not fully, the silhouette is visible. This can be embarassing I need not tell why. The glass needs to change or a venetian blind needs to be installed which can be pulled shut when you shower. The food taste, quality, portions in al carte in their restaurant and the buffet spread was good! Worth the money. The service was good too and the staff courteous. It's located centrally and is close to the Laxmi Vilas Palace which is a major tourist spot. You can hire a rickshaw on the spot and need not book a cab. #googletootenpercentreviewer #sonalibrahma

Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is tasty and having lot of variety. Even Pani puri, chat, Aloo tikki is available at the time of dinner. Both veg and nonveg food is available here.

Good hotel to stay, neet and well maintained room. Good security and privacy is maintained for guests as each one of the guests can acess only to their floor using their room card. Providing a seperate dinning place at the ground floor. And having an compact and good gym with good number of equipments at the top floor.

The venue is good and easily accessible. 'Promenade' is suitable for training programs. Although there were some technical glitches however service provided by staff member 'Apurba' was excellent. He was very supportive and prompt. The food was amazing.

*Very worst trip ever*.... During stay MCB trip, AC not worked.... Took superior room but degraded into lower room due to issue and not returned back the amount to the vandor as well who booked my room... Room service issue.... Amenities issue.... Wifi issue I have booked for 3 days but checked out in one day only... No use of paying higher amount... Dont recommend to any one be there
