Behaviour of staff is very rude, if any person come to meet they not allow, and talking with our gest disrespected. Hotels should be show first the rules and regulations for stay, otherwise asked for don't stay

Rooms are neat and clean. Service is excellent. Food also is good. Hotel entrance is poor. Overall very good place.

Annoying Policies..Not Customer friendly.. Booked hotel over the telephone with 50%advance on 2nd Aug for my one day Visit to Vadodara on 4th Evening.. Unfortunately had to cancel my trip very next day,So obviously contacted hotel for cancellations and Refund as per the policy ( Frankly I did not ask while booking,and they did not Inform).. after two days of follow up over phone and whatsapp.. they finally *denied my refund* request and offered me an extension for a week ..if I Haapen to be here again in next seven days...but as I am not going come again here in vadodara, I again requested them for a partial Refund ..which they *bluntly* denied and closed the call. My request to all who are looking at this hotel in vadodara, to read and reconfirm about hotel rules There are better and more consumer friendly hotels around.. best way to avoid such fine print hotels.. Thanks !!

If you are looking for a threatening stay this should be your option. A man who claims to be the owner of the hotel threatened me to pay Rs 2000 for a service that I didn't even take or else I won't be able to leave the place if I don't pay. I had a booking with them for which I had paid Rs 1600 in advance but when I reached the property I didn't like the rooms therefore I took rooms at a hotel just a building next to the same. I didn't ask for any refund from the property, But the person from this hotel started calling me and saying you had an early check-in charges which you need to pay even though I never checked-in in any of the rooms, but I didn't pay any heed to him and continued my journey, then in the evening he came to the hotel I was staying and started claiming for the money but when I refused he raised his voice and started shouting and threatening that I won't be able to leave the other hotel if don't pay him the money and he knows how to get his money in some other way, since I was with my family I had to pay an extra Rs2000 under pressure, but still I didn't feel safe in that place therefore I hd to call the police and make them aware of the situation to which they said not to worry. For my fellow travelers I suggest them not only to avoid this hotel but to avoid the area. The person was an immoral man with no ethics and showing his Gunda raaj since it was his area and I was an outsider.

Stayed here for 2 days. It was a good experience staying here, what a delight it was . The hospitality was very overwhelming and good. Very comfortable stay and room are pretty good .

Very nice place to stay, near by railway station. Rooms are neat and clean. Specially tanks to Bharti mam for proper guidance for site seeing. Staff members are polite. Complementary breakfast is also good.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 day. Room was very good. Food we ordered for dinner was bit oily, but the complementary breakfast offered was good. Staff was very helpful .

The. Air conditioning works only for 5 hours in the dormitory section which is quiet less if you are sleeping for a minimum of 7 hours

Only problem is signal, in some rooms no proper signal but they are providing WiFi for free. So u can use them. Overall it's good and satisfied. U can have good time here. Food is also good.

I stayed in this hotel on 28th and 29th Dec 2022. I had booked a super deluxe room.What I got was a very small room with no place to sit except on the bed. No chair or a table in the room.The room had a small window opening to a dark and dirty alley. When I complained they provided me another room on the next day which was slightly better than the earlier one. The breakfast provided was equally bad. Only bread ,driedup dhokla and poa. The hotel is located in a side street in an old building. Location: 1/5. Food: 1/5. Room: 1/5

1. Charged for complete one night though, I had informed in advance that I do not need booking from that particular day. As my train was delayed by 7 hours. 2. Can driver who was nominated had very poor knowledge about the roads and lying that he has that knowledge 3. I have to inform hotel service team to clean up the room. They did not clean it by their own.

Worst experience..... Charged for whole day though.... behaviour was very bad especially the lady on the desk wasn't happy to see any guest... The place is built to keep the luggage of the guests nd not for guests... and they charged full amount for it.. . The staff was not happy to see the kids..... Don't opt this hotel at any cost.

The hotel has good rooms, the only thing we were disappointed about was that we booked a room for 4 but there was a double & another single bed the fourth person was allotted in the same but had to sleep on the floor where the mattress was provided. Room service is good

Shady hotel in a shopping center! We booked the hotel through goibibo, but either it was a system issue or the hotel cancelled the booking and we were stuck for sometime. Then the hotel staff showed a room which was at very far end of the building the last room in the row out of 40. We asked them to provide a room more closer to entrance but they denied saying occupancy was full, but I could see available sign light outside many rooms. Can't believe 39 rooms in a shady hotel like this can be sold out on a weekday during covid in a tier-2 city like Vadodara! After sometime the receptionist agreed to provide another room and that's when I smelled something fishy and we skipped the plan of staying here. I could be wrong, but based on my gut feeling, I would not recommended this hotel for a couple.

Rooms were not that big but we're clean. Nice interior but there was no window in room so whole time we had to use lights only and was not able to identify what's going on outside just for that I am giving one star less. Toilets / towels / bedsheets were clean and rooms were hygiene as we were having kid with us but we didn't find any issue. They serves complimentary breakfast and which was not great but was worth in hotel cost. Also don't expect good surrounding nearby hotel. Location was not that great but for 1-2 days this was not concern for us. Hotel parking is available. Room service was quick and good. Overall I will surely suggest this hotel for stay.

Pathetic hotel, non professional, only take cash for payment, outside food not allowed, milk for kids are not allowed, no mineral water at arival charge for water bottle, guest not allowed, lift remain close during night, no roon service, restaurant or kitchen closed at 10 PM.

I liked this hotel. It is around 900m from the Vadodara railway station. It is better to call in advance and book the room. Though I will not suggest to order food from hotel although it is affordable. I ordered bread butter and tea. Bread wasn't cooked or anything and butter was all hard. Tea was fine. Bathroom was clean which was a good point. Also was highly irritated by some people who woke up at 4/5 am in morning and started roaming shouting as if it was their house. The staff were also somewhat loud.
