Pathetic.
I
had
the
worse
experience
of
hotel
management
and
its
service
during
my
stay.
Hotel
has
no
in
house
kitchen
and
even
doesn't
provide
cutlery.
Food
ordered
from
outside
was
to
be
received
from
reception.
Delivery
boys
were
not
allowed
inside
the
hotel.(
During
my
last
stay
at
the
adjacent
hotel
Hotel
Sapphire
Regency,
all
deliveries
were
made
to
the
door
of
my
room).
No
warm
water
in
the
month
of
December.
Were
given
a
half
bucket
boiling
water
bucket
on
door
by
service
guy.
Charged
extra
money
by
Oyo
people
for
breakfast
in
a
hotel
where
there
is
no
kitchen.
Interior
is
okay.
Channels
package
were
not
proper.
So
if
going
to
stay
inside,
forget
about
watching
anything
good
on
TV.
Lift
doesn't
work
at
times.
Mostly
people
on
official
tour
were
seen
inside
hotel.
And
as
they
spend
little
time
at
hotel,
it
is
really
hard
to
hear
some
valuable
feedback
from
them.
