The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional staff. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team made the check-in process incredibly smooth, earning them a well-deserved kudos. The rooms were nothing short of excellent - spacious, comfortable, and elegantly designed. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms was evident and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Every member of the hotel staff I encountered was amazing, making me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I had the pleasure of indulging in their buffet breakfast, and it certainly lived up to the reputation of the establishment. A boutique business hotel. Well appointed but small lobby. Staff was courteous. The Glass House is the restaurant located at the ground floor. Multi cuisine. Food was good. Breakfast spread was decent. Oats Idli and other healthy options were great. Rooms are large and well appointed. The sofa in the room was convertible to a bed. A built-in oven and induction are available in the room. The fixtures have acrelic finish. Bathroom was large and wardrobe was part of the bathroom. Wifi service was secure and fast. Newspaper is delivered to the room, a not so common service, now a days. Peaceful location. Vertical garden on comound wall. Ample parking in the basement. Overall nice place!

However, there are a few things to be improved in quality of service but overall good. - Such as proper details of mandatory check-in requirements for international travellers. - Proper room setup prior to customer arrival, without missing details. I.e Milk for tea/coffee, remote, toiletries

What an amazing place to stay. Just off the main road but with ample place to park your car in their basement parking. Their hospitality is amazing. We first experienced their brand at Pune under the eastin Aishwarya name and were simply blown away by their overall amenities. No doubt this is a slightly different setup offering residences instead of the basic hotel rooms. Highly recommended.

Eastin has been my only choice to stay in Baroda since few years now. I have been their regular visitor, but this time for my stay of 9 nights, my experience had not been that great. And I wish to put it out here so atleast they can work on it and make it a better hotel again. So here it goes : - staff is untrained and not equipped to give the best/prompt customer service. - towels and bath linens stink each time I asked for. - the quality of the room in terms of paint, plumbing and electrical equipments has downgraded and doesnt work. - Rooms needs a proper clean up, the rooms are not at all dusted properly and you can find layer of dust on : safe box, induction area, kitchen top, mini bar plate. - the booking was with breakfast but due to odd sleep cycle I couldn't eat the breakfast on any of the mornings but just one day I requested if they can send me some fruits and tea in my room which they clearly denied and said it's chargeable. This I am talking about my 8th day stay at the hotel. There's lot more but this were the constant experience throughout the stay.

No Bell boy at the location which makes it absolutely difficult after a long journey. The staff is too arrogant and misguiding and lied that they don't provide luggage services when it's clearly mentioned in the rooms itself. The stay was good but otherwise quite disappointed.

Frequently stayed for last 2 yrs. Rooms were good. Food was average. Service average. But stayed Dec 2023. Service worst. In breakfast, they play live match. You asked for anything. They say :yes sir it is live and will take 15min for everything. They play live live match. After charging huge amount they are unable to provide even a cup of tea in complementary breakfast.So get lost.

Very good first experience. It was booked for 1 night as a transit stay for us. Very good rooms and courteous staff and service. Breakfast spread was limited but good and fresh. Overall a very comfortable stay and I will recommend this.

Excellent stay at Eastin. Pros: - Staff is excellent & eager to help. - Location is the best (Alkapuri) so a lot of must-visit places / shops are within walking distance. - Rooms are spacious and have small kitchen set-ups so heating the food before having is easy. - WiFi was good. Areas of improvement: - They should improve the breakfast spread and taste. For a hotel such good, that can be a bit of a problem. - Need to be a bit more flexible with in-room dining options (although i think these might be due to the current covid-19 specific regulations).

I stayed here previously and could have gone to the 5 star Welcome Hotel for the same price but my previous experience here was enjoyable so chose to stay here on this visit too. However, a lovely, modern hotel fell well short in its service . I called for room service and asked for a Coke Zero or Diet Coke. They said they didn’t have any so I asked for what other soft drinks they had and they said they didn’t have any!!!!!! Incredible. In an alcohol free state, you’d think they’d have some soft drinks!!! Key cards don’t work if they come close to your mobile phone. so each time, you get to your room, yiu need to go back down to reception to get it charged. You’d think they’d change that by now or keep a phone in each floor so you could ring reception and they can bring you up a key. As a foreigner, they want to see an arrival stamp in your passport. They looked at mine on two separate occasions and didn’t find a stamp - don’t think they stamp at airports any more as they have scanning devices. Yet every night, they keep asking me for the same. Only one toilet roll in the bathroom and doesn’t get changed till you’re out!!! All fixable with a bit more attention to customer service and training. A few bad experiences like this result in guests not returning.

Excellent hotel. Superb facilities. Brilliant rates. It had luxury facilities at a nominal rate. Staff was very polite. Only one drawback - service is a little late - restaurant, housekeeping and room service. All can be speeded up. Otherwise the hotel is the best value for money in entire Vadodara.

A definite stay with this hotel on Baroda's arrival: Railway station to hotel: 1 Km. Cleanliness: Neat. Food: Delicious, with one small change needed in Soup, as it has some smoked smell. Staff: Friendly & Respectful. Wi-Fi: Good signal. Room rent: Bit costly, but worth for the maintenance. Value for money, if they give good discounts on stay.

One night stay. The rooms are really nice, specially I liked the cooking space. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The mattress of the best is also nice. In a basic room you can find a bar table, cooking space, sofa set and two bar chairs. It can easily accommodate 5-6 people. Ideal for a close party or get together. The hotel in general is nice with good vibes. Parking can be a problem as there is only underground parking or around 10-12 cars.

We stayed here for one night with family in the studio room. The rooms are clean, but not as big as they claim on the website. Washrooms were clean but the water from shower room was passing to the dressing area. Food is extremely pricey. They charged 126/- for a tea in room service. Our booking was inclusive of breakfast. We requested them to give packed cold breakfast due to early checkout. I must say the quantity was really bad, not even sufficient for my two kids, both below 10 years. The checkout procedure was not smooth too. Hotel staff seem to be following the rule book blindly without keeping the customer needs as priority. No coordination between F&B, front desk and room service! Not a pleasant experience! I would strongly discourage from staying here.

We are from Toronto and had a recent 18-day stay at Eastin Residences. The staff Ms. Mihika, Mr. Akhil are excellent in arranging for rooms for early check-in and providing services during the stay. The rooms are clean and house keeping services are excellent. Their Glass House restaurant has some real good choices for buffet breakfast. The executive chef Mr Viren Joshi has some good experiences as a chef and was always ready to listen to feedback from us to improve the menu items. The Restaurant desk manager Mr Prithviraj and his team was excellent in attending to "from kitchen" orders during the breakfast buffet. Their Coffee is amazing and we still miss it :-). Overall the stay was very comfortable. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family and looking forward for future stays. Thank you Eastin Residences.
