We had not stayed there by watching the rooms. Rooms were not that precious.

Visited this place for a family function. Ambience is nice. Service is good. Food is ok.

Neat and clean spacious rooms, budget stay at very convenient location. Hotel staff is very supportive and ready to help you with all things. No in-house restaurant currently but you can get very good restaurants within 2 mins walk.

We went to the restaurant Hotel paradise for dining with my colleagues. We opted for the ala carte dinner. The food was amazing both in taste and the options. The dessert options were especially fantastic. One would have to go with an empty stomach to actually take benefit of the complete platter.

My experience was very bad in this hotel. The behaviour of the person who was at the reception was also not good. The size of the room was very small, the room was completely closed, there was no window for air to come and go,

Very very very bad service, don't visit this hotel, it's suffocating and they are not bothered about customer service at all. They deny on their promises and commitment and cheat with customer. The break fast they provide is not good and very less in quantity, not even sufficient to fill a 10 year kids stomach.

The hotel policy is to worst one of my my family member...The hotel force to checked out at around 23.30 Hrs, the reason behind that they have no marriage certificate, even after his wife were pregnant & they showed the medical documents and treatment details... They respected the hotel policy....& Checked out with pregnant wife and checked in at Hotel surya

Hotel Grand Paradise is the Best Hotel in Vadodara, a Couple of Days I Went for my friend's interview schedule was over there. Then I was looking for which good hotel in Vadodara when I saw the hotel Grand Paradise with good reviews, I had booked it by calling, when I reached, I was shocked to see the cleanliness, was completely home. I Must Recommend Everyone if you are Going or Planning to Vadodara Then Choose the Grand Paradise Hotel Because the Staff and Manager Are the Best Nature as Well Receptionist is Very Good, and One of the Best Receptionist ( Ahmed ) is Very Good and Communication Level is Outstanding. Very bad service. I don't have any good points to say about this hotel. The room is suffocating there is no fresh air at all. They say breakfast is complimentary but what they give is not even fills my son's stomach. Also the food they provided was not tasty and hygiene. Upon all this there was no hot water too. Looks like they are least bothered about business and customer.

Rooms are ok for a 3 star, however they have a great restaurant. Awesome food!

Great stay at minimum price that too at 24hr basis. Situated at main location. Good service & food available. These days where hotels keep fixed check out time, even if you've checked in half day you have to give full day's payment without extended time. But not here, they provide with 24hr stay. Which means checking out at exact 24hrs after checking in.

Very costly. Breakfast they say but the food qty will not fill my 5yr old son stomach also and they charge huge rates.
