We booked through OYO. The hotel manager literally didn't allowed us though we had a confirmed booking. They asked us for extra cash. Whatever their issues with OYO are, customer should not be disturbed like this. We had to wait for more than 1 hour out-side the hotel calling OYO customer care. In my opinion, hotel persons should call OYO and resolve the issue by themselves.

Very bad check in experience. People are very rude and non cooperative please don't book this hotel in advance on Oyo..😩😩

The front desk person needs be changed, when we asked him about the included breakfast or running hot water, he literally just ignored us, when asked repeatedly he said call no 5 and ask. He responded like he works at a government office. No hospitality at all, he was not even polite. The hotel need major renovations. They have only single beds and no queen/double beds, bedsheets and blankets are pretty old and stained. The toilet looked like 100 years old with so much water stains. Washbasin had very very little water pressure,My room had no running hot water, no geyser, they said they provide hot water only till 10 am 🤣😂. Even the A/C remote was broken. The breakfast items included eggs and toast bread-butter and stuff. This hotel is not veg friendly. On to the positive side, This hotel is pretty close to the station, you can easily locate it from far, they provide with cable tv, a table and chair. Openable window if you like to smoke.

My stay at Hotel Rainbow was quite disappointing. The overall experience fell short of expectations. The air conditioning wasn't functioning, and there was no hot water for bathing. On top of that, the TV subscription had expired. However, the good side was the affordable room rates. If you're on a tight budget, this might be a consideration, but be prepared for some inconveniences.

Taken booking through OYO, but not permitted to enter but guide by manager to take up with OYO & suggest to another nearby hotel.

Location good but room was dirty. There were stains on the bedsheet. I could see dust on the floor and the toilet was worst. Had black marks in the commode. The bathroom door also had black dots all over as if it was not cleaned for days. The breakfast has only two options - bread items or maggie (for veggies). No flexibility on early check in either. Poor experience overall.

Worst Hotel Every I have Booked through oyo and once i reached there at night 12:00 the hotel manager denied and asked for extra cash this is the worst hotel ever never ever visit you will regret

1. Problem of warm water for bathing 2. Rooms seems to be smaller compared to as shown in pictures 3. Bedrroom and Bathroom need to be maintained clean 4. Gives medimix soap instead of OYO bathing kit

I use to stay many hotels in Vododara but this hotel is a decent choice. Location near to Vadodara station, cozy ambience, clean white bed sheet and neat bathroom. They are taking care of each and every minute things. Reception boy is polite and well behaved. Above all this hotel is very budget friendly. Don't go with negetive fake comments.

I had stayed there on 20th Jan 2023 night. # Pro's:- - Place is that it's located near vadodara station. - Room for 2 people was spacious and clean. - Also it was pretty economical. They charged 1450 for 1 night. - there are good restaurents near by where you can have lunch and dinner. Also street food like dosa, sandwich, burger etc are available near by. Sorry I don't know name of that circle. But there is some dome shaped religious monument in that direction. # Con's:- - The sheet given to cover body had a faint stain over it. - In evening I had asked person at reception that will I get hot water at 5 or 5.30 am in morning to which he said yes. So I woke up at 5 am and there was no hot water. So I went to reception t there 7th floor where the person responsible for room service was sleeping. As he woke up after hearing my footsteps I told him about my conversation with person at reception about getting water by 5.30 am to which he responded that "hot water will be available at 6 am". I requested him to provide me water early to which he said " water will come at 6 am" . He did not even care about getting up and providing service, instead kept talking with his blanket over his body. So basically in night hotel management promise one thing but available staff is careless. They care more about there comfort instead of customers. So hot water is available only from 6 am to 11 am or 12 pm. And again in evening. If you are looking for 24/7 Hot water facility. Avoid this place. Otherwise it is quiet budget friendly. But yes bedsheets and sheet given to take over body needs to be properly washed. Also not even a small soap was provided in toilet. When we asked at reception they said you can call on there room service number and they will provide. It must be provided by default when person checks in. Overall: Stay: good Cleanliness: can be better Hot water availability: needs to improve. Staff: needs to be more caring to needs of customers.

Worst Hotel There is no almirah to hang clothes. Cozy rooms Bedsheets are not clean and the room is even dirty. Cieling is like that it fell of right upon you. Washroom is ok.

We stayed here on AC rooms for 1 night our experience rooms were not that much clean. Found 1 bed bug, few cockroaches at night. Also slight bad odour. TV remotes not working properly. Fan we have to manually rotate once. Few taps are not proper. Door lock issue. Seems basic maintenance is not done. Hot water available only from morning 5:30 am to 10:30 am if you have to leave earlier then it will be difficult for you. At last even if you book a room for 1 person and in case if another person joins at checkin they will not inform but during checkout they will charge an additional amount and they will charge not by room but by person reason was it is an industrial area hence they will charge per person. It is an OYO hotel after reaching we came to know seeing the board. It is in 7th floor but lift is available. Only best thing :- Nearby station. House staff were very good. Overall stay was ok. But charges were high since nearby hotels were very cheap.

Hotel is simply bad and not recommended at all, went there by reading some positive comments but the stay was terrible. Very thing was dirty and had stains, be it floor, bedsheet, bathroom. Washbasin was cracked, shower didn't work. Save your money and go somewhere else

A very good Hotel with excellent good room services. Rooms are neat and clean. Located at main area of Vadodara. Staff is also good and 24hours room service is available. owner of hotel very nice and helpful person. hot water available.
