me and my friend booking this hotel lat night my friends coming to Maharashtra same job interview my friend is hindu girl and me muslim and i’m handicap person hotel staff, cancel my booking reason is inter-caste couple not allowed some policy but government and High Court nor writing a policy to inter-caste couple booking a hotel related hotel staff asking this is Police side policy. but no writing policy available.

Had visited here for food few times. Last experience was Very Bad. Had ordered boneless butter chicken for parcel. On reaching home found out there was no chicken pieces, just gravy. Not ready to accept their mistake just giving excuses that this is the way they make it with chunks .

The food taste was decent. How ever the service and the hygene of the restaurant is not that great.

Good rooms, good service and very near yo station but at a distance so that it's not crowded. Nice food options which is easy for pocket. 5 stars from my side...

Morning tea should be ready by 6 am. Other services are good. Restaurant is also good.

This is in the market place. So quite good Amity, hospitality & facilities. Location is crowded the only reason I don't liked. But i loved the view facilities in all good hotel.

I have stayed about 7-8 times since the last 8 months . I found it economically better for businesses & family travelers . Some senior staff members are rude in behavior . Some are really well mannered. Food is ok. Complimentary breakfasts don't have much variety . They mostly serve poha, bread butter and pakoda. Once I found that they reused left poha in stuffed pakode. The price range shown online is much higher then amenities you got there.

Rooms are shabby... Small Napkins are not provided... Pathetic Room Service... Hot water is not provided 24 hours... Complimentary Breakfast not tasty...Poor Service during morning breakfast hours...most of the items short supplied and not available at the buffet counter during breakfast...For our one year kid, we provided the cooking material, but shamefully their kitchen charged Rs 32 each time for the usage of their cooking gas... Really Shameful... Please avoid the stay over here, or repent later.

Dont ever trust the pictures. The actual rooms are awful, old, unclean, bad kinda vintage. The staff who led to the room informed about water bottles kept in refrigerator, when opened, first of all it was dirty and there was no packaged water served. Toilet did not have toilet paper holder, forget about toilet paper itself. The bucket and mug in bathroom were gross. No handwash. Bad lighting. Had breakfast included, they had served only soggy poha, bread butter & tea. Taste is below average. The staff did not look trained. Highly not recommeded.

Service level is not good at all. Because of continuous functions in banquet hall, noise, music and shouting goes till very late night. Rooms will not get cleaned if you don't ask for. Over all experience was not good.

Stayed there for one day. Liked behaviour. Value for money.

Good and Well maintained, clean and Hygenic hotel for medium budget. Delicious food, courteous staff and great ambiance. . Loved Punjabi food and egg masala omlate.

Rooms were very spacious,the behaviour of the staff is also very friendly.every staff member speaks very politely.

Overall very small place, difficult to get parking near by this place. Small Hotel, Food was okay in taste. Small place for 30+ people gathering and party. Need to improve in parking and quality of seating.

Hotel room and behavior of reception staff is very good. But but....food quality of breads in morning breakfast & chicken item in dinner (nonveg thali) was not good at all. After eating this, my family was suffering from indigestion, vomiting loose motion. We complained this in hotel reception at check out time at morning. It is suggested hotel management should take the necessary action against canteen contractor and should be changed their contract when and as required instead of monopoly business attitude.

Very clean place, polite and professional team of staff overall. Nice in house restaurant open till late. Variety of breakfasts..

We had a ring ceremony function which didn't go smoothly primarily due to electricity disconnect. Over and above, the staff was unapologetic and rude. While the efforts were absent on their part there was no regret as well. Above all, it was rudely asked the host to pay off full amount else food won't be served. Avoid this place.

Went for dinner with my family. The food, atmosphere, servicing and staff are very good.

Very bead experience because tonight stay in this hotel but electricity not available in full night air condition is not working and very bead experience because first time my flight missing because of bathroom inside water is not working

A very good place for business visits. Food is authentic and very testy. staff is polite and service ready.

Don't inform/offer routine cleaning. Don't have proper updates regarding guest and references this is because of receptionist service,one of the receptionist was unaware of that. Resturant is nice. Their tea is awesome. Complementary breakfast is so good. Menucard is full of interests,all dishes are included and prepared well.
