Staff behaviour is very good and helpful, room service is also v.good and food is delicious and on reasonable price. we are all family member satisfied. Good hotel for family stay, all facilities is near hotelblike hospital, market etc.

Its good property in Baroda city with good rates, Close to railway station. clean and hygienic rooms. supportive staff. Recommended for stay.

I came along with my family. The staffs were well behaved, understanding and helpful. The hotel was nice n clean. Had no trouble staying there. Rooms were ambient, neatly kept and spacious. I had a great experience staying there. The only problem i faced was reaching there. The hotel had two entrance/exits and one was towards a dirty alley beside an overbridge. This is suppose to be the main entrance which leads to this shabby road. The other one is towards an inner road which is fine.

Refused booking as a foreigner - don't bother. Review update: the hotel then tried to refuse to refund me my money unless I deleted this review. So updated to reflect this.

Nice hotel in Vadodara. Location is good close to all major attractions in the city. Rooms are good, spacious, neat and clean. Service is also good. We enjoyed our stay here.

It's a decent hotel in a budget. Rooms are clean and staff is very cordial. In the budget it's a good place to stay. It's near to the railway station and market place is nearby hence restaurants and eating joints are easily accessible.

Excellent value for money. We are a family of four, husband and wife with two little ones and stayed overnight at this hotel on Friday. The hotel was mostly or most likely entirely vacant which was a little scary for us. We did not see any other families staying there. The location is good inside the city and accessible to most places easily. The parking is not ample and I think can park 5-6 cars easily beyond which I don't know what would be the parking options. Just check with the hotel if that's a concern for you. The rooms were excellent and the hotel staff was excellent at services too. The ac and tv worked. There was no tea maker inside. The room ambience was excellent too. The hot water and shower was available any time. They could improve a little on the cleanliness of the towels. We did not eat inside the hotel or their restaurant, so can't comment on that. There are few restaurant options outside the hotel, not many.

Not good to suggest anybody to stay. Packaged drinking water is paid at 26 rupees as it comes at only 7 to 8 rupees. No kettle in room. Complimentary breakfast limited choice.

Rooms were decent but the cleanliness wasn't. Though washrooms were sanitized but we got a pillow with blood strain onto it, no towels and almost zero washroom accesories . Staff was polite and cooperative.

The hotel property is just a short walk from the Vadodara Junction railway station. The receptionist and all the staff were cooperative, and their behaviour was pleasant. As promised, they provided us with clean rooms. The AC, television, wi-fi, and geyser were in proper working condition. The room service was prompt, and due to some reason, the restaurant above the hotel was closed, but the staff fulfilled our order through a nearby restaurant with no extra charges. The lifts were working, but the entrance was not accessible for people with disabilities.

If you are with family ask their special three beds room. They do provide without asking too. Good and gentle people at reception.

The hotel is a budget hotel, with a very good location. Near to the railway station but away from its hustle bustle in a calm residential type area. Very very good location if you ask me. Food was not available to us from the hotel as the main chef was not well and was on leave. The hotel staff was okay. The toiletries were also okay. The hotel room was small (being a budget hotel) but comfortable. Smoking rooms are available. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Service staff was okay. The reception staff was cunning, they tried to play smart by overcharging Rs. 400 per day. But the owner was a gentleman, the reception staff called the owner and he came down himself. He listened to us patiently for a minute, and resolved the matter in 10 seconds after that. The owner also guided us for getting good food options near the hotel. Overall, a good decent budget hotel with a very good location.

Hotel, room and staff were good. But booking online is expensive while booking the same room on the spot is cheaper. If the online booking price is high, they increase the money by giving negative discount. I booked online from agoda. When I saw the bill, the room rent was 2100 plus GST and after the discount the bill was made for 2479 plus GST. Due to leaving in a hurry, I could not pay attention to the bill at that time. Do not book this hotel online and pay only after checking the bill.

Near to the railway station, good staff n behaviour with neat n clean rooms. If ur with family u can surely stay here. Local conveyance is also easily available from the hotel.

My stay in Avista was excellent. Good breakfasts as well as the drinks in the pool bar, probably tried all the cocktails they have in the menu. Rooms are refined and everything seems quite new. Restaurant staff have been very nice and I feelt welcomed everytime I came to have my breakfast. Special thanks to the manager Gusel for scheduling my short vacation perfectly for me and always saying "yes, we can". My expectations are exceeded. Would love to come back

A perfect hotel for family. This one definitely offers best hospitality. Prices are worth for the room and services. Everyone is so well behaved and with a very humanly touch. Thanks you Everyone at the hotel :)

We stayed their two nights it's good staff is cooperative.. second day room lock from inside was not working properly.. otherwise hotel is good 👍
