Great hospitality. proper maintained hotel. The best thing is that it's in budget... I'm surprised how they're providing such a great service in this price.. very near to railway station & bus station which is beneficial. overall great experience & definitely I'll keep staying here only.

Would have rated 5 stars but just because of the neighbouring area I have rated 4.5 stars. Fully cleaned rooms, bathrooms, rooms available according to your needs, rates are worth for the facility they provide. They also have very responsible staff. Just call them, they would arrive to solve your problem.

This is one of the best family Hotel in Vadodara (it's on 7th floor) under the chain network of IBIBO. I luv it thoroughly : 1. Location wise (it's just 5 minutes from hotel) - Perfect 👍 2. Staff (very cooperative)-👍 3. Neatness (house keeping staff thumbs-up) - 👍 4. Parking - No proper arrangement👎 5. Room and bathroom are quite large - cleaned every day and hygienic 👍 6. Special lift for hotel (ground to 7th floor)- 👍 7. TV / AC and Wi-Fi - 👍 8. have best room service too for food - 👍 Even lot of food joints are available below once you go to road. Overall Hotel is clean and hygienic. Thanks to the staff for providing a pleasant stay. Near to vadodara railway station ,rooms are good , food is available,but hotel situated at 7 floor of building, proximity to railway station one of the reason to stay here.

It was all over good experience about room, services and location...rooms were clean ani service was on time. They do not have kitchen ao they order from different hotel. As per my experience food was satisfactory. You can go outside for the food.

I have recently stayed in this hotel during my visit to Vadodara. I have to board train back to Mumbai so selected this hotel but I got hot very bad experience here they provided room overlooking Vadodara railway station through window where train were honking throughout night. It was like train is coming through your room. It was very horrible experience and due to this I was sleepless whole night. I thought to complain but I have to board train in morning so I have not given attention on that. I think owner should’ve take care of this and provide windows soundproof. Really bad customer experience I have got. I have already pre-booked so I was hoping to get good stay but no use. Location wise near to station that’s plus point but service is not up to the mark. Even I asked room service to change my blanket because it was looking very dirty but he never come again . It was very bad experience with alpha hotel. I hope they will take necessary steps to solve this issues.

Spacious rooms, good service,nearby railway station and bus stand,nice food

Best hotel to stay at such a cheap rate, its very close to station. The rooms are big and clean with good hotel srevice and the staff are very polite. Only draw back is the lift space is to small, overall its a best place to stay with family.

Bad location and experience, they are showing something and giving dirty bedsheet and blankets, not having parking and when I ask to cancel they haven't return single pany, not recommended. There are many good location near this property, no parking space.

This place is an absolute sham. All the good reviews here are either paid or by their inner circle. The list is an absolutely endless one - 1. Absolute rude, arrogant, and disrespectful reception, staff and the entire team 2. Complete mismatch of the pictures and description provided = No basic things provided in the room - no water, no towels, no toiletries, no TV 3. Untidy and Dirty rooms - if you complain to them about it, they will say this is how it is, and you can leave if you wish to 4. I paid for the early check-in and they expect me to leave the next day at the same time and not the regular checkout time or they will charge you for that - tell me one hotel that has such absurd pricing policy. If a customer is paying for early checkin and has already paid for the regular day stay, how can you ask the customer to leave as per the time of early-checkin 5. No courtesy to offer any help to senior citizens who had luggage accompanying with them Please save yourself and NEVER EVER even think of staying there. You can stay happily on the roads of Vadodra but never in this hotel.

Good and accessible staff. Rooms were clean but surroundings aren't. Old hotel with new appliances. Outside look and entrance is too shabby but inside hotel is very clean. Overall pleasant experience.

Timely response from staff and nice behavior. Proper location just beside station for easy transportation. Maintenance of room is very bad. Even blankets aren't washed properly. It's been 3 days still same thing is continuing. Cost double bed 1550/-

The hotel is quite good. I can add some point. 1) Staff were quite helpful and ready to serve even at night. 2) Food I did not ate so I could not rate it. Breakfast was not having much options but whatever is there are good. 3) Rooms were clean and spacious. 4)Service was good. 5) my travel planner MMT, left me in big problem (I put the request of early check in) but Hotel staff helped me out. It was a nice trip, and credit goes to Hotel ALPHA for making it successful. All the hotel staff were good Whoever attended me. It was really a pleasure to stay there. one more point, Yes the location outside is a bit low but I think you can manage that if hotel is good. Hotel is at walkable distance from Railway station and Central Bus Station.
