One of the best budget hotels at the heart of the vadodara city. The location is nearby airport which is a big plus. Room rates are reasonable and they are very spacious. There are many nearby food restaurants present which is like cheery on the cake. Most recommended for the ones looking for classy budget hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

As a customer who has already stayed at casa 4-5 times. My experience this time particularly was horrendous. Until you tell them, they won't take your baggage and put it in your room. No basically no hospitality whatsoever. They gave me a rather used up towel. The water bottles weren't provided. They do not have any battery backup if the light goes. The light went out at around 4-5 in the morning and it came back at 12:30 in the noon the next day and till then no light, no charging, no cold water nothing was taken care of. The room wasn't cleaned even when asked for room service as they forgot to do that. They served tea in a paper cup as they do not have chai cups available because the restaurant isn't working. Won't and will never book them again. They weren't like this before.

A very nice property to stay and room tarrif is reasonable. Roo provided to me was neat and clean equipped with AC, flat screen TV, mini refrigerator and electric kettle with tea and coffee kits. Bathroom was neat and clean with shower and 24 hours running hot and cold water. Breakfast is being served on the wonderful roof top restaurant of the hotel. Basically, veg and egg preperartions. Breakfast is good in taste. The behaviour of staff and front desk is curtious and helpful. I booked this hotel online but my credit card payment was not confirmed due to some technical snag. But the owner of the hotel allowed me to check in which was really a great gesture. The hotel has its own restaurants which serves nice food items. Room service is also prompt. Hotel is located in prime location surrounded by a number of nice eating joints and other commercial establishments. Overall, a very nice budget hotel.

And I highly recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in budget for all types of travelers.

Dear sir, Yesterday I had a very bad experience at the hotel. Casa, fategunj, vadodara Gujarat. The person at reception was very rude abused me and denied to give a room, though room was available online. The person said "aap ko room nahe Dena." Kindly look into it and give me response or else I will escalated the matter and take legal action against casa. I never had such experience in entire life. And will not recommend the hotel to any one

Average hotel for a night stay in emergency. Smelly towel and bedsheet pillows bugs in bathroom, pathetic toiletoris. Located on first floor without any lift to go. Paid 2900 for this pathetic hotel

One of my worst experiences staying at a hotel. The toilet had pee stains, the room was smelly and had no fan. The customer services was not up to the mark either. A total waste of money.

Nice room, comfortable stay & value of money

I recently stayed at Hotel Casa and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite opting for an executive room, I was surprised to find the room size to be considerably small. The limited space made it challenging to move around comfortably, and it didn't align with the premium experience I had anticipated. Moreover, I was disheartened to learn that the hotel imposes no restrictions on providing rooms for unmarried couples. While I respect individual choices, it seemed inconsistent that the hotel prioritized this aspect over ensuring a satisfactory stay for all guests. This policy shift may contribute to an environment that does not cater equally to all patrons. In conclusion, I hope Hotel Casa considers enhancing the quality of its facilities, especially in the executive room category, to ensure a more consistent and enjoyable experience for all guests.
